We have a newer four-story townhome that needed a complete refresh--ceilings, trim, walls, and even some drywall repairs--and they handled everything with professionalism and care. Lucio was prompt in coming out for an estimate, and he helped us select the right materials without over-purchasing. We ended up with just enough leftover paint for future touch-ups--no waste, which we really appreciated. His crew took great care to seal and cover every inch of the house before starting. The prep work was meticulous: sanding, patching, and smoothing every surface to perfection. The final result is flawless, and clean-up was minimal--just a light dusting left behind. They completed the entire project in just 4 days, which is impressive for a house of this size. Communication was excellent the whole way through, and the pricing was extremely competitive. We didn't want a large corporate contractor but someone who would have hands on supervision and could help us with color ideas.  Wilson Painting was our first choice.  Wilson, showed up for the appointment exactly on time, which was a great start. He shared ideas on colors and explained that he does many coats of paint and uses quality paint.  He is very knowledgeable and takes many notes and photos as we walked through our property.   We had not moved in yet and stopped by on many occasions to check out the progress.  Every time, the crew were hard at work and the site was kept very neat and clean.  We met John, who seemed like a "Master painter" his attention to detail was exceptional.  We also met Miguel, the team leader z and he was keeping an eye on the progress and quality. Super nice people. We opted for some very dark colors, which easily show drips and mishaps and there were non! The painting took a week and the cost was absolutely reasonable and fair.  Given the level of quality with Wilson's Painting, I feel that I was not charged enough in the end. Lying in my bed staring at the  ceiling, walls and trim I am amazed at the detail and care that was taken to paint the room. I cannot find one drip or error. They should have never touched my deck if they didn't think staining it was appropriate. I contacted the company within months of sealant application, and after persistent back-and-forth with Amanda (the manager), the owner (Doug) eventually came out and assessed it and resealed the deck. However, the issue worsened a few months later. Amanda continued the back-and-forth, making me wait for months at times. They now claim the warranty is up, though initially, it was just a few months after application that I contacted them. If a sealant was inappropriate, they should've informed me during the inspection. Even the owner resealed it. If resealing wasn't a viable solution, why offer it? It seems they aimed to run out the warranty. This company is highly unprofessional and won't take responsibility for their work. I've asked for a refund multiple times. Their motto 'Relationships matter more than the brush or the ladder' is far from the truth. They don't care about their work and they definitely do not care about their customers. I don't usually write reviews, but people deserve to know how subpar this company is. I'm beyond disappointed, out $600 for staining that didn't work and destroyed my deck, and now have to pay for a whole new deck. You better believe I will not be using this company to replace it. BEWARE!!!!
