I have been to the Medina Ferrell-Whited location for physical therapy several times over the years. I can't say enough about the care that I have had here. Every therapist has been very supportive, knowledgeable and experienced in their services provided to their patients. They are also fun and very compassionate with their patients. Not a good experience. One visit consisted of a woman. Putting muscle rub and a heating pad on my neck. Thats it. Nothing else. 30 minutes later I was leaving. The bill was $250. For that? I fought it and lost. They put it in collections so I had to pay. My wife was going there every week at a rate of $50 per visit. Or so she was told. We got another invoice in the mail for triple the amount. Same deal. We argued it and were forced to pay. This place is all about the money. We didnt have insurance that covered pointless treatment like they provide. This was the path I had to take to get authorization from my insurance for an MRI revealing damage to three discs. They were nice until we realized the crazy fees they were charging were not covered by our insurance then the threatening letters started pouring in. My advice is to go elsewhere. Horrible business. They over bill everyone fraudulently. I received 30 minutes with a pta. They billed my insurance for 45 minutes. I questioned it. Office manager said it was because I had traction. Wrong! They can only bill for skilled care given by PT or PTA. I can only imagine the hundreds of thousands of dollars over billed and received by the business. They were so nice to me. They told me exactly what was wrong with my leg after going to a specialist that didn't know and having an x-ray and an MRI and having to go back to the specialist to tell me nothings wrong the guy at Ferrell-Whited diagnosed me in 20 minutes and told me I didn't have to go back I could just do the exercises myself.
