Stains on the fabric seats were 'gone'! I don't know what they used, but even a week later, they still feel soft! The carpet, which was full of debris in the smallest crevices, was immaculate! The back, which housed everything including Labradors, was back to its original shape! The center console, gear shift, dashboard, and doors, all an utter mess, were absolutely pristine! Finally, I cannot say enough about Mitchell! He was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. After praising this accomplishment, he mentioned it was a 'team effort' to restore the vehicles! It was really, really rough-looking. The Brightshine crew did a superb job on the car. They're meticulous and clearly take pride in their work. Matt is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the state of the art in detailing, PPF and ceramic coatings. The atmosphere is welcoming and there's zero pressure or upselling. Matt's level of service goes above and beyond--I had mentioned I was in a time crunch and he managed to accommodate me with very short notice. Brighshine is the place to go in central MA (and elsewhere!) if you an enthusiast or simply have high standards. You will not be disappointed.

I brought it to Precision it took three weeks which was fine since the other company's insurance was paying for my rental but when I picked up my car it was like I was driving it of the car lot . They cleaned the inside and outside and my tires. The employees are very friendly and professional I never felt uncomfortable. Needless to say I will be telling everyone to go to Precision.
