They did the closing statement incorrectly and did not credit us with prepaid condo maintenance fees, instead they were charging us for part of the month. When I notified them of the error, on the next statement they left the credit owed to us off altogether. It took them 3 times to get our closing statement correct. After the closing agent confirmed release of all the funds it took them over 2 hours to get us the wire confirmation. Worst experience that I have ever had with a title company. I would not recommend.

I'd like to share my extremely disappointing experience with this real estate agency. After being…read moreled to believe they'd handle the paperwork for my purchase, I was left waiting for over a month with no progress. When I finally got in touch with the representative, she claimed she'd stop by with the documents, but that never happened. Instead, she told me I needed to follow up with her or risk being audited - not once, not twice, but three times. When I confronted ...her about the delay and lack of communication, she had the nerve to act like we hadn't discussed the details before. She smirked and said "I'll let you know how much I charge" as if I hadn't already paid her a $2000 tip. I was taken aback, and my confusion turned to shock when she made a snide comment about my family situation, bringing up my mom's passing and implying that my dad wasn't there for her when she needed him most and now I must not have enough money to pay her. The condescension and insensitivity were staggering. The look in her eyes and the smirk on her face made it clear she didn't care about me or my business. It was a painful realization that I'd been duped into thinking she was my friend. Looking back, she must've REALLY needed 100-200 dollars...Needless to say, I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy are a toxic combination.

Lynn took us on a tour of condo properties in S. Florida. We had never met her prior. There was no strong selling, only truthful, matter of fact comments about any cons of the locations we viewed. Nothing grabbed hold of us that day, but we were able to hone in on our search. Lynn found a few more listings that met our criteria. We found a unit that we liked but there was still a big gap between asking price and where we wanted to be. Lynn presented our low offer and to our surprise they countered only slightly higher. That was the easy part in this COVID environment. There were subsequently many small derail to iron out or errands to be ran that Lynn came thru on all. In short, Alex Doce came to my rescue in one of the most precarious situations I've ever been in…read morecertainly financially. I had made some bad decisions and planning and while there are plenty of opportunities, bridging the gap I had put myself in a situation where I'd overextended myself by trying to get extra credit cards etc, you know how that goes and I didn't think because I was too an experienced about getting a loan on the house that I inherited a little more than a half year ago. The first person who tried to and showed me that there was an option, something called a no-income/ verification loan. The riskiest for banks and only a selection places offer them, but the person that first reached out to me hid, despite my prying and trying to get more information, so much that when I got the disclosure papers or the closing documents I think he just expected me to sign because I was so in need. Well that wasn't going to happen, so I had to find someone else, and I stayed up all that Friday night and on that Saturday morning Alex called me back from my messages. From there I dealt with a man I have utter respect for. He is hardworking, generous and not only with his time, we got to know each other actually quite well during this process and learn quite a bit about each other and had some very nice conversations, but with the difficulty that I was facing he even took half of his normal fee to help me out in my situation. I never asked for that. He just did it and I just got the paperwork stating that he was doing it. He's just the type of person. I learned a lot about his history and everything he had gone through and his struggles to make it in life, and it shows in his determination and dedication and work ethic. I don't know how he does it, but he works at a feverish pace for I don't know how many hours a day but I think our regularly 10 or 11, and then works a good part of Saturdays as well. And when you talk to him it's during this time it's all business and then he's back to work taking care of it and calling you back a few minutes later with a problem solved. An expectation that was reasonable just so it wouldn't be disappointed if it didn't take the last time, and it did take less time which I'll tell you about, but he said that we would be able to get it done within about a month or less and I would have my money. If it wasn't just for one particular thing that held things up for a week, I would have had it in about half the time, and as it was we were still I believe a week or more early when the funds were deposited into my bank from when we began. He got great terms for my situation with a loan that's got the highest because of the risky nature of it, and he explained to everything that I asked. He was transparent. Everything that you want to find when you put your trust in somebody for things like this, things you've worked so long for and you're hard earned money. I could go on but I'll just finish by saying that I couldn't recommend any higher Alex with his character and abilities and I feel very grateful for having had the chance to work with him, and have him help me in my time even I want to say thank you Alex. I promise that if anybody who is reading this chooses to work with him, you will have a story of your own like this to tell about him that would be similar, at least in regards to Alex and everything that he would do for you and the experience you would have working with him. I can honestly wholeheartedly say that all of this is true, and this is just who he is, and you can expect that he'll do everything in his power and make sure that you have a good experience and success in your pursuits!..Andrew W.
