The florist told me my shirt caught her attention because her name is also MICHELLE ( my moms name) which meant i was meant to be there i immediately became teary eyed and got chills because i felt my mom with me. I absolutely love the concept of a flower shop and coffee house combined. On my most recent visit, I tried the Lavender White Mocha Latte, and it was perfection. The flavors were beautifully balanced, with a true taste of lavender--exactly what I love in a lavender latte! The warm, welcoming service and the cozy atmosphere make this a place I always look forward to visiting. Sitting among the flowers with a great cup of coffee is such a peaceful experience.

I found Lily's in Ventura and picked an arrangement with blooming peace lillies, English ivy, a fern..very impressive..for around $100. The picture of the arrangement my son sent was NOTHING like the picture in the ad. When I called their customer service number, they couldn't look up the order by the order number OR the name and would have to call me back. They DIDNT. When I finally got someone supposedly at lilys, they had no idea what was sent. They needed more pictures..other than the one I sent and they wanted measurements..can you imagine asking a gift recipient to do all this work when the photo shows PLAINLY it's smaller with cheaper plants? This is not a local florist where they take pride in the arrangements..it's some kind of internet string of disjointed departments none of which takes responsibility for what is sent out.
