Whether she's creating beautiful corsages with unusual flowers or designing arrangements for special occasions, her work is always fresh, artistic, thoughtfully done and a a good value.. Most recently, she helped me with flowers for a memorial service for a dear friend. She gave me a very good price on a 5 gallon bucket of lilies that we were going to toss in the ocean when we released the ashes. Our plans changed unexpectedly at the last minute, when the weather made going out on the boat, unsafe and the flowers suddenly needed to become table arrangements. Without hesitation Ceci understood the moment and sprung into action! She took my 5 gallon bucket of lilies and transformed them into two stunning bouquets that looked as though they had been designed that way from the beginning. She truly turned a difficult situation into something beautiful. What impressed me most wasn't just her talent--it was her compassion. She genuinely cares about people and has a remarkable ability to create arrangements that perfectly fit the occasion, whether it's a joyful celebration or a heartfelt farewell. If you're looking for a florist with exceptional creativity, beautiful flowers, and a kind heart, I couldn't recommend Flowers by Ceci more highly! Oxnard is fortunate to have her!

I wanted to return it, but the person (Ram) who I was talking to said there would be a 15% restocking fee and that I would have to pay for the shipping. What?! Are you kidding me? This is the kind of customer service I get with a store that I've ordered many times from? All I wanted was the item that was pictured on their website. And their response to that was that the pictures on their site are outdated and need to be updated. That should have been the perfect reason why I should have been offered a full refund and they would pay for the shipping. This is clearly not a way to run a business.
