I tried calling several more times without anyone answering. I sent them a message on their site and also a text to that same number. At 0945, I receive a call from their manager saying they don't schedule cleaning that early in the morning and wasn't sure why the coordinator did so. Buyer beware on this one as that seemed very shady way to do business that way. BTW, I received a 3 day notification and and 1 day notification that I had an appointment scheduled for 05/17/2023 @ 0900. I called someone else and I won't be doing any business with this firm. I suggest you skip this firm altogether and find someone else. UPDATE 06/19/2023: This is an honest report of what I experienced with SVS. Make of it what you will, but I have not been in contact nor "harassed" anyone with this company since my review. Calling names on this forum (and belittling my experience) is not professional and I think it brings to light the issues with which I dealt . This is why these reviews exist, to talk about both good and bad. Had I had a positive experience, this review would have been more positive. No one had professionally cleaned them in several years, so I went for it. I was working upstairs in my office and received a few pictures from Anthony, the technician. I couldn't believe my eyes. My tile floors and rugs looked new again. Check out the pictures, and you will see the difference too. Anthony explained to me Zerorez does not use soaps or detergents. When ZeroRez was finished, my carpets looked like they had been through a war. Take a look at these photos and videos. None of these dirty spots were there before ZeroRez came to my home. ZeroRez made my carpets 1,000 times worse than they were beforehand. Absolutely terrible.
