They have fair prices and have always made me feel like they do just what's necessary on my teeth without overselling me on unnecessary treatments. The service is always top notch-- I've had cleanings and fillings done and they always go smoothly and without any pain. I've only had one incident where they were running late on their appointments and was asked if I wanted to stay and wait, or come back another time. I was thankful that they gave me the two options as I was ok with rescheduling. Can't recommend this place enough.

I had never experienced this type of mouth pain before going there. I called and scheduled a follow-up because the pain was affecting multiple areas of my mouth. When I explained to the doctor that I was experiencing pain in different areas, including my upper right and lower left, I felt like I was immediately dismissed. I tried to explain where the pain was the worst, and she told me that everything looked fine, except she did notice a gap in the area that was hurting the most. I was told that they couldn't fix it that day but that it could be fixed when I came back. I scheduled the next available appointment, which was about a month later. For that entire month, I was dealing with pain and taking pain medication regularly just to get through it. When I finally returned for the appointment, I explained again that I was still experiencing pain throughout my mouth, with the area where the gap was being the most painful. I even mentioned my wisdom teeth because I was desperately trying to explain how much pain I was in. Instead of feeling listened to, I felt like my concerns were being dismissed again. At that point, I stopped trying to explain because I was frustrated. The doctor numbed my mouth and began preparing to work on the tooth. I was then told that what they were doing that day would only be a temporary fix because I would eventually need a crown. This was the first time I was being told that a crown was needed. When I originally came in because of the pain, I was simply told to come back the following month so the issue could be fixed. No one explained to me that I would be looking at an additional $500 out-of-pocket expense. After my mouth was already completely numb and I was sitting there expecting the problem to finally be addressed, the office staff came in and gave me a $500 bill and explained what was needed. I was shocked and upset because I had not been given any warning about this cost before the appointment. Unfortunately, I cannot just come up with $500 unexpectedly, so I had to leave without having the issue properly resolved. What is most upsetting is that I am now about two months out from the original fillings and I am STILL experiencing pain throughout my mouth. I have had to take pain medication regularly because of this situation. I am sharing my experience so other patients can be aware and make sure they ask questions about exactly what treatment they are receiving, whether additional procedures such as crowns will be needed, and what the out-of-pocket cost will be BEFORE they are sitting in the chair. I honestly regret going to this office because I had never experienced this kind of mouth pain before having the fillings done. More than anything, I wish I had felt heard and properly informed throughout this process.

My 80-year-old grandmother has been a patient here for the past year for dentures. They removed her bottom teeth so the dentures could properly fit, yet after all this time, she still has NOT received them. During one of her recent visits, they caused her mouth to bleed by forcing the dentures to try and fit in her mouth. When she expressed concern to her doctor, Dr. Bustillo, she was essentially blamed for the issue. Mind you, my grandmother has worn dentures for over 20 years and recently underwent heart surgery. She can barely speak above a whisper, yet they accused her of being "nasty" and ultimately KICKED HER OUT of the office. We are talking about an elderly woman who deserved patience, respect, and proper care not rude treatment and dismissal. The entire experience has been heartbreaking and extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially those seeking compassionate care for elderly family members.
