I had been to Rhodos at least a few times before, but last weekend I went while sober and, well, I…read moredon't think I'll be going back. Rhodos is fine as a late-night destination in Jungbusch when you're drunk and looking for some munchies like fries and a last beer before you go home. And for some drunken dancing to loud 80s standards under a disco ball. But for a meal... no thanks. I noticed for the first time that the tablecloths are stained with grease and burned from cigarette butts. The food was not particularly fresh, especially the salad which, despite my hunger, was left mostly untouched. The tzatziki is probably the worst I've ever had. The Gyrosteller I ordered contained way over-salted meat which were only okay because the fries were good, and you can't have too much salt on french fries. Thankfully, there was a wall of old tomatoes protecting the gyros and fries from the invading tzatziki sauce. As a reward, I let them live and did not eat them. The bathroom was just disgusting. There wasn't even a seat on the toilet in the men's room. At the end, it seemed like my friend and I got overcharged by about a euro each. But I just wanted to leave (I'm no Cyndi Lauper fan) so I didn't much care. The only upside is the friendly service. They're nice people here, but like someone else wrote, this is no restaurant. Come here if you're drunk and like the music you hear on 80s hits stations. But if you do, just drink the overpriced beer and avoid the food... I wouldn't trust this kitchen...

We always go there when we are a big group and just want to be able to sit and talk…read more Barman always gave us cards to play when we asked. Waiters are very nice. Prices of Beer and gin tonic are good. There is a smoking area and non-smoking area. I've never tried the food.
