As soon as the items come in you get a text from John letting you know it's in! He'll even set it aside for you so when you arrive it's there and you can just pay and go! Such a time saver and very considerate of the importance of phenomenal customer service! Their cashier, Kaiya also is very helpful and very good getting you through the process which again just emphasizes the way the staff values their customers at their Lakewood Ranch location!
