She initially told me that if I use their service, the $119 service call would come off the top of their bill. I thought that was fair so I had them come on out. Now the bad: the gentleman came out and opened the freezer and push the button to turn the light off which also turns the fan on. He said the fan was the problem and it would need to be replaced. Told me the job would cost about $600 and he wasn't sure if that was the only issue. He never checked the fan motor with any tool to see if that was the problem. I then put the refrigerator in diagnostic mold and showed him the fan motor actually did run. But he said that was only on high speed and would not run on low speed. Furthermore he never checked any other item to confirm that the fan motor was the only problem. There was also a little bit of a language barrier as he had a bit of broken English, but we got by that. The end result was I did not feel comfortable with his decision about the fan motor being the only problem. I did however order a fan motor on my own and replaced it myself (just in case his diagnosis was correct) and it took about 45 minutes to do so. It was a very easy fix and why it would have taken him so much longer to do it I have no idea. I will update this post in about a week or so to let everyone know if his diagnosis was correct or not. I don't want to cast any disparaging remarks on a company if it's not accurate. I felt like he was trying to talk me out of having the work done and was just trying to get his $119 service charge. Which now I feel like I was basically cheated out of.

The technician, Ismayil, did not properly diagnose the problem and came to a conclusion after spending 2 minutes behind the refrigerator. He said the problem was low freon. When I inquired how did he come to this conclusion and how do he know if its not something else, he acted as if he could not speak English. He refused to leave the house until he received the $79. for the diagnose fee despite he was not able to fix the problem of low freon because he didn't have any. I called the headquarter office and spoke with Jacob and shared my fears. I paid and he stated he would return later that day. A few hours later, Ismayil returned with freon and added it to the refrigerator. During this time, I noticed as he was adding freon the refrigerator was making loud violent noises which it was not making prior to him working on the refrigerator. I asked him why the system is making this noise and Ismayil response was its the system receiving the freon and it will go away as the refrigerator starts to cool. This was around 5:59 pm. It is now 7:20 am and the refrigerator has not cold to normal operating standards, and in fact is warmer. The system is still making loud noise as well, which it was not during until Ismayil started working on the system. I'm now out of $300+ dollars and most likely will have to but a new refrigerator due to the damage caused by this company. I wish I never called these people. Do not contact them as their staff are unprofessional, rude, poorly trained, incompetent, liars.
