The nurses, doctors and caregivers are very responsive and professional. A sincere and special thank you to RN Shannon, RN Ashleigh and RN Carla on the second floor (2 East). The Virginia Mason Memorial Cafe on the 1st floor is also very nice and has an amazing selection of items at reasonable prices for staff and those of us visiting our loved ones.
