The workers that were there both times were not helpful and very rude. They seem to not appreciate the DIY customer. We left both time without what we needed, because they could not tell us if they carried the drain pipe that we asked for or even give a suggestion of where we could purchase. They simply said "I don't know, you'll have to ask the guy up front." Both times there was no one "up front." Ruidoso is a small village and we expected more common courtesy, but left feeling snubbed.
