The worst welcoming attitude and the guy sitting at the desk by the door most the tile texting on his phone and ignoring us as customers.

From the moment we walked through the door several times. We are basically ignored. Today is Friday, whoever is at your front desk is down right rude. We had bought previously from Blackman who was taken over by FERGUSON. We spent thousands of dollars for our kitchen fixtures. We r doing a bathroom. Ready to purchase high end . But i will not spend my money in a place that looks u up and down . Judging if we can afford to shop there. Joke is on them. U just lost a good customer. Rude !!!!! We purchased about $5,000 in shower parts and lighting from Ferguson Home in West Palm Beach, FL. The salesperson we worked with (Dagmar) did not pay full attention to our needs or to the time frame over which we needed delivery of the parts. She failed to respond to the three voice mails we left on her phone. In the end, we had to cancel two of the items because the delivery of them would end up taking six weeks or more instead of the two or three weeks that she had promised. We managed to buy identical items from an online retailer for about 20% less than we had paid at Ferguson Home, and they arrived in a couple of days. The worst part of the experience was that she sold us a wall mount for the hand shower that was in a different style from the rest of the parts (with a square escutcheon instead of the round ones on everything else). I did not discover the mistake until it was installed, when I realized that it looked terrible and, worst of all, the hand shower was not stable in the style of mount she sold us. I called Ferguson Home (on their 800 number), and the person I spoke with said that they could not consider a refund for a part that had already been installed. I will now have to buy the correct mount online. TAKE HOME MESSAGE FOR ME: Go to the Ferguson showroom to select what you want, get the model numbers, and then buy the materials online. You will probably pay a lower price, receive the parts in less time, and get better service than you would at the bricks and mortar store. read more

The lady at the front was so condescending and rude to me in front of multiple people after i answered her question about what i was looking for. The lady who ended up helping me apologized for the front desk lady's hostility. I came in to brain storm with someone on solutions for a pot filler with a filtration system attached for a coffee bar. I have had issues with Ferguson before and wanted to give them another chance. I will not be using them in any of my projects from this point on. read more

I was directed here by a plumbing contractor to pick out plumbing fixtures. I arrived unannounced, although they do ask that you make an appointment, and was immediately sat with Sara. She spent over an hour helping me order everything that was necessary for the house I am building. Her recommendations were those of a tenured professional and she was an absolute superstar in all aspects. She made a normally frustrating and tedious process quick, efficient, and enjoyable. And that is not common in todays construction industry. read more

She was an absolute pleasure to work with. her industry product knowledge was superior and she gave us invaluable help with our renovation to our condo. This is a very large corporation. They have segmented their company as follows You can only purchase at Full Retail, the salesperson sells and that's the end of his involvement. Then you must deal with " post sales associate " who is located in other state. If your post sales person is sick or out of office There is no other allowed access to your information and your stuck waiting. Emailed and phone calls take days and when you do get to communicate, they explain how they are overwhelmed and unable to respond. The salesperson will always say " it will only take a few days for order to arrive" but, after waiting weeks he will direct you to the post sales. The men who work at the contractor sales counter at rear receiving told me the salesman omitted several parts required for installation. For a alternative, I recommend Wool Plumbing Supply, Home Depot or Lowe's were everything Sold at Furguson is also available ( minus the show room) at a Hugh savings. read more

Horrible! Horrible! Run.. we purchased an entire kitchen. One problem after another. They'll sell it to you with promises just to sell. They don't follow through with promises and so many are unprofessional. Showroom is gorgeous. Don't be fooled! Over the years I have used Fergusons to redo kitchens , and baths. I had my contractor, who has done 200,300 thousand dollars this year with them, order me a LiebherrHCB 1581 refrigerator, freezer for a kitchen remodel. Per their salesman , Roy Messick, we used his spec to order a left hinged refrigerator. Roy ordered a right hinge refrigerator and had it delivered to my home. I emailed him , told him it was not what we ordered, and he said I should have checked the invoice, it was my fault.I emailed him back with his specs indicating a left hinge , and told him it's your mistake.He finally indicated there was a hinge reversal kit that he would order post haste. 9 days later , last Friday. Fergusons installed the hinge reversal and left. The door sounds like you are at The Haunted House at DisneyWorld, creaking, groaning . I emailed Fergusons Roy Messick on Monday morning to report this, and two days later I have not heard back from him. I have discovered , experienced, that all customers are treated equally, doesn't matter how loyal, how much business you have done with them, they don't care about their customer service. The PS is I got a email from their customer satisfaction office in New Jersey making sure everything was to my satisfaction . I responded it was not, never heard back from Tabitha Park. read more

In 2015 we purchased a Thermadore range, a Bosch refrigerator, and a Thermadore dishwasher. These appliances that cost us THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars are a disappointment, especially the Thermadore range. When it reaches 300 degrees, the fan goes on so loudly that you cannot hear anything - people talking, the tv - nothing. Even after the oven is turned off, the loud fan will stay on for about 45 minutes. The salesperson at Ferguson (RM) failed to tell us everything about this range; he was very anxious to sell it to us for obvious reasons (commission). The refrigerator (Bosch) has its own idiosyncrasies: The filter constantly needs changing, and if the door is left open too long, the alarm that goes off is obnoxious and hard to turn off. The button for ice and water are sensitive and don't always work. Trust me, steer clear of the reallly expensive appliances especially at this place. We should have gone to Home Depot and saved a fortune. I also loved (sarcasm) how it was practically impossible to find licensed places that can actually fix these VERY complex, intricate machines. Of course, I thought the people at Ferguson would help, but absolutely not. They have NO CLUE. read more

This is the WORST place to do business with. I ordered a handle for my toilet on 6/24. As of Friday 7/14 I had not received it. I contacted the office 3 times asking where my part was and got no replies . Then when I send a scathing email to the Inside REp telling her I want to talk to her boss, the girls said she's been out of the office and would ship over night at not cost to me ( you better believe that). She told me the part was not available at one place so she had to contact another. Okay, so why not let me know instead of avoiding my emails. So I did not receive the part AND the tracking # she gave me was wrong so I had to wait over the weekend. Then I finally received the part today and they did not include the flush mounts. So I called and they said, "You should have told me you need them too." WHAT!!!! I am beyond angry. Their customer service is AWFUL. They're in the plumbing business not me, I didn't know I had to order those separately. Why didn't she ask. CRAZY. Well, I contacted her boss and she's now handling the order...however, I have not heard from her all day AND I sent her pictures and part #'s of what I need. I've done all the work. read more
