MY COUNTERS ARE STILL NOT INSTALLED…read more Measured, picked out and Paid for in FULL.......Every time I called...the scheduler never happens to be in and will call me as soon as she gets in. Never Does .. Finally after 3 times of the same response. she calls back to give me week of install, said she would keep me posted about any changes,. never does,, The week before install i called to verify......AGAIN no scheduler ...She calls back the next day to tell me my install would be pushed back another 3 weeks... After I questioned the lack of communication. Janet got very un professional with me. After bickering back and forth and going no where ..I told her i was leave a bad review.. ... Her response: " We don't need your Business. We have hundreds of happy customers. "We will fix your review and besides, Your 1 bad review wont hurt our business". .... What a lovely little shop! They not only sell coffee but also have some lunch food and pastries. The list of flavors is massive . They have so many different regular and sugar free syrup options. They had a few seasonal specials that sounded really good but I got the iced caramel latte with caramel sauce and it was so good. Not too sweet (which I prefer) and had a great espresso flavor. I would highly recommend stopping by for a coffee or to check out their plants
