I scheduled an appointment and got in that Saturday. I was able to chat online with one of the owners before making the apt. Sarah Jane was extremely kind, helpful, and showed me everything about wigs. Her husband was also super nice. They can also style your wig and cut it more if you want. The consultation fee went towards the price of the wig. I highly recommend this store! The customer service was excellent! It is by apt only though So make sure to reach out first! So happy to have found them! read more

I purchased two huge containers and planted, watered and mulched them. They did not make it through the winter. I took photos but the manager said they are not supposed to be planted in container. I think due to the economy the employees are instructed to deny all possible returns. Therefore if you buy from them do not expect them to honor the warranty.

I pulled up about 9:45 and they open at 10:00 a.m. It's not Ferdinand obviously that operates the store anymore. A hateful woman walked up to my car (I was parked in front of the store) and she said are you going in there and I said yes. And she said it's by appointment only, do you have one. Mind you I was still in my car I said no , but no problem, I'll just leave. WOW! Ferdinand would have never talked to or treated potential customers like that. I'm never going back. What an ugly bitch she was!!!!! So much for customer service. How sad the world we live in has become! read more
