The lady was friendly and took a look at my necklace. She said she was backed up from holiday orders and it would take a week to get my piece fixed. It took under fifteen minutes to be serviced. I got a call a week or so later that my necklace was ready. I arrived and saw how pretty my necklace looked. I paid and asked a few questions on the care of my jewelry that she answered. Very prompt and helpful service. It cost me about 39 dollars to get it fixed which I'm not sure if that's a lot or not. All I know is I am now able to wear my childhood golden heart today.

I didnt have cash on me to pay right away. I left, called and confirmed the price AGAIN over the phone and asked Grace to HOLD the chain for me. Sent my nephew with CASH 2 hours after leaving the store. Greg and Grace would not sell the chain because price of gold had went up substantially and wanted nearly DOUBLE of what was initially quoted. My attempts to appeal to their conscience, ethics, good business practices, customer service was met with hostility, especially from Greg! Stay away! We brought those items to Evearts, and they were incredibly kind, honest, and easy to work with. For each piece, they did their homework to make sure they were giving us a great deal by selling them. For instance, we had an old sterling silver flatware set. They explained that selling the item by the weight of the silver was a better option than trying to find an online reseller who bought individual pieces. Whenever I find more gold or silver items, I'll definitely be back at Evearts.
