I was a little surprised because it is 19 years old, but was pleased with and appreciated the desire to save us money. He then gave me an $800 estimate for a new motor and pressure switches stating that I would need the replacements for the long run. Less than an hour after he left my unit cut off again and didn't come back on at all. The following week I contacted Modern Heating in Bridgeton for a second opinion and they discovered a clogged drain line which they cleared and billed me $120 and I haven't had anymore issues for over a month now. After telling some of my coworkers about my experience I was told that Laury's tends to charge a hefty price but rarely fix the problem. Will never use this company again.
