I made the appointment through Yelp messages and our session was about 1 hour long. Master Alex is from Hong Kong so he should be fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. I did my entire reading in English and understood him just fine. He is very patient and kind - and does an efficient job giving you a comprehensive reading whilst also answering your questions. He's honest and straightforward. He'll tell you things that he finds to be true, not just tell you things you want to hear (how refreshing!) He's also a big believer that we are in control of our own lives and that there's a lot we can to do improve our circumstances. He was also kind enough to let me know that I can message him with any questions that I have. It's heart-warming that he builds relationships with his clients instead of doing a one-time consultation. And he generally says that clients come back for a new reading every year. If anyone in the Feng Shui community wants to hire a new consultant for any reason i would think twice before hiring Sergio, not reliable and from what i know practicing Feng Shui individuals are punctual and on top of their daily tasks, this is good Feng Shui not how Mr. Sergio's' way of practicing Feng Shui. Decided to stop in so I could play the numbers from my fortune cookie. Heng Rong Trading is no convenience store. I did not browse the shop, but I did take a quick look around. They were selling all kinds of imported crafts. The shop had a very Feng Shui feel. Looks like a terrific place to find gifts for friends, family, and yourself. The staff member who assisted me was cool and polite. Unfortunately, my tickets did not win. That's okay. I still recommend stopping by Heng Rong Trading whenever you are in the San Gabriel area. You might just get lucky.
