They are a women's clothing store with moderately priced tops, sweaters, dresses, pants and accessories. There were sales on tops and sweaters but we don't really need sweaters in Miami. Their prices are average on the non-sale items. They carry various age group clothing so there is something for every girl and woman to choose from. We didn't find anything this trip but maybe next time. The sales staff was welcoming and helpful in answering questions. Parking was available out in the front of the store. It was free.

However, my visit to this specific storefront on March 24, 2026 around 12:30 PM was extremely disappointing and concerning. I came into the store with items I had already selected online and politely asked for assistance locating them. The first associate (with black bangs near the fitting rooms) was initially dismissive, stating she didn't know what I was referring to. After I showed her the item, she directed me to the correct area, and I was able to find my size. I then approached another associate at the front (with green in her hair) to ask about a lace two-piece set. She informed me it was only available online, which I understood. I asked if there were similar options since the dress I selected was sheer, and she recommended an alternative, which I appreciated. At checkout, after ringing up my items, I was told the store is cashless. I said I would step out to grab my card and be right back. I returned within moments (this can be verified on camera), but when I walked back in, the associate was already putting my items back. I said, "Excuse me, I just said I'd be right back," but she did not initially acknowledge me. When she did respond, she stated she didn't know if I meant later or another day. This could have been easily clarified with a simple question at the time. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, she told me she could not retrieve my items until she finished assisting another customer and putting items away. I said okay and stepped aside. However, she then raised her voice across the store, telling me to go retrieve the items myself -- in front of other customers. This interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. I remained calm, but the tone, lack of communication, and escalation were uncomfortable and inappropriate for a retail environment. What was most concerning was the overall demeanor and the way I was addressed, which made me feel disrespected as a customer. As someone visiting from out of town, this was not the experience I expected from a brand I genuinely enjoy. I strongly recommend additional training in customer service, communication, and professionalism for this location. Clear communication about store policies (such as cashless payments and item holding) would also prevent situations like this. (Which helps with the image of rage baiting) Again, I want to emphasize that I support the brand but this experience does not reflect the standard I believe you intend to uphold.

It is a block away from the Wynwood Marketplace. The 260 Sample Sale sells top designers at discounts of up to 90 percent off. When you enter they take your bags and give you a ticket. There were racks of clothing that included dresses, tops, pants, skirts, swimwear and jackets. They also had some bags and hats. They have a dressing room area where you can try on. On the day I visited they were selling Eberjey, a luxury brand that makes intimate apparel, loungewear and swimwear and Alpha Style, who sells contemporary streetwear. Prices were deeply discounted with an additional sale of 10 percent off for one item, 15 percent off for two items, and three items and more were 20 percent off. They had a lot of small and extra small but not very much in my size. You can follow them on social media like Instagram to see what they are currently selling. New sales launch weekly, Tuesday through Sunday. I don't pay attention to most designer brands but if I saw something cute and the price was right I would buy it. I guess it is hit or miss and it was a miss for me today but I would stop back in again if I was in Wynwood.

Inside are rows of racks in a semi-organized fashion (by the time I got in). I grab all the things I want to try. Pretty normal shopping experience up until this point. Then comes the dressing room. It's one big room that a certain amount of people can go into at a time, all girls. Only 10 minutes to try everything on before the next group goes in. Didn't love that part but still got a nice dress. Did like being able to ask the other girls for their opinions on what to buy.

I decided to go in to see what was new. I was met by the kindest and very knowledgeable sales associate, Benjamin. He was so charming and had an awesome sense of humor. He showed me the most awesome Herbag 31 with palladium hardware. He gave me really great advice to ensure I did not experience buyers remorse. If you're in town be sure to go to this particular location and ask for Benjamin! My experience at this boutique was a 10/10. Will definitely be back!

I see the additional 25-30 percent off a lot more throughout the year. I have bought a few handbags from them and the quality and craftsmanship is great. Their shoe area is what this store is about. They have all the heels or flats that a girl wants. I bought two new pairs of heels from them recently on my friends' wedding. Both pairs came so nicely wrapped. Today, June 6, 2026, at approximately 2:45 p.m., I visited your store with the intention of purchasing a new Blancpain X Swatch watch. Additionally, I brought along an older Swatch watch that I have owned for many years. I am a passionate watch enthusiast and collector; my personal collection ranges from Swatch to luxury brands such as Bell & Ross, Cartier, Panerai, and Rolex. The Swatch watch in question was a gift I bought for my son years ago, aiming to inspire his own love for horology. The watch needed a new strap, so I asked the sales associate if he had a replacement. He informed me they did not have the exact match but offered to try a similar one. To do this, he removed the spring bar. Unfortunately, the alternative strap did not fit. When he attempted to put the watch back together as it originally was, he used improper technique and bent the spring bar. My complaint is not primarily about the associate's mistake. I understand that accidents can happen to personnel who may lack proper training. In fact, he attempted to push the pin against the wall right in front of me, and the misplaced force inevitably bent it. While it is frustrating that the store did not carry a spare part to fix what they had just broken--leaving my watch in worse condition than when I arrived--the associate at least felt remorseful and even offered to pay for it out of his own pocket. The real issue, and the reason for my profound indignation, was the unacceptable behavior of the store manager. When I calmly brought the damage to her attention, her response was to shout at me and threaten me, simply because I was pointing out that they had damaged my property. As a long-time customer, I find this completely shocking for three main reasons: Lack of Training: A Swatch store should not employ staff who lack the basic technical training to handle minor watch repairs safely. Lack of Resources: The store did not have basic spare parts to immediately resolve damage caused by their own employee's poor practices. Abuse from Management: The most unacceptable part of this experience was being subjected to a manager who was rude, discourteous, and threatening toward me, the aggrieved customer. Faced with this hostile environment, I chose to take my damaged watch and leave. I did not feel safe or well-treated, and I am not accustomed to engaging in low-class, confrontational arguments. It is deeply disappointing that, as a loyal customer of many years, a single critical interaction like this can completely ruin a lifetime brand experience.
