After spending thousands of dollars, I picked up my vehicle only to realize the Range Rover emblem was completely missing from the back of my car--even though it was supposed to be replaced. I had to wait almost a full month for them to finally get the emblem in and schedule me to come back. When I returned to have it installed, they put the emblem on crooked and not straight at all. I called immediately to let them know and Joey told me there was nothing he could do because his team used the "styrofoam guide" that comes with the emblem and therefore claimed it should be straight. Even after admitting the issue, he refused to fix the poor workmanship unless I paid more money for additional parts to correct their mistake. This was extremely unprofessional, and I'm disappointed that after paying so much, I still left with sloppy work and no accountability. I would not recommend Carsmetics to anyone.

I explained what happened and said I wanted the damage repaired but also didn't want the other person to get screwed. Mike gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and promised a great result. The other driver came right over and paid, and they were able to get us an appointment right away. Only took two days and my car looks brand new. It's like magic! You cannot even tell it ever happened and without replacing the whole bumper. WOW!! My prayers were answered. Everyone, including the other driver, felt really great about the outcome.
