I had someone come out and measure up the property but never heard back from them, only ended up going with Secoma after another contractor (fortunately, it would turn out) backed out, so I gave Secoma a call to see what happened with that quote and they finally sent it over, turned out to be the lowest quote relative to material selection. I got lucky but sucks that I nearly missed out on their excellent work and prices because of this.
