This review is long overdue. Last Winter, one of our kids broke through an entire section of our…read moreneighbor's fence while sledding. I tried contacting the company that originally put up their fence, I even got an estimate and a window that they could get it done. That window came and went, and after many phone calls there was still no resolution. The Owner of the fence company called my neighbor instead of me and said I never contacted him and gave them a MUCH higher price. Frustrated, I told them not to bother as I was not going to go through them. I will never deal with them and I think they are very shady at this point. I won't mention their name, but let's just say their lack of ACTION put me off. So I contacted FenceONE Fence Solutions. What a DIFFERENCE! Great turn around time and a very reasonable price. Jimmy is a really nice guy and pleasure to do business with. The fence was fixed promptly and you can't even tell that anything ever happened. Best of all, my neighbors were completely satisfied with the job, as was I! Thanks again! Expect future business from me!

We needed a privacy fence on one side of our house. We stopped in their showroom and they had…read moreexactly what we were looking for. The issue we had came when it was time to install. We were told they would need us, the home owners, for 10-15 mins to set the line. The owners son of Fence One came to set the line and then left. While installing the fence we had to go out multiple times as they had it going crooked, then they cracked a pipe, etc. When the pipe was cracked we called the owners son who blamed us for not telling them. We told them the area needed to be hand dug and they assured us that they bring all tools necessary for whatever they encounter. After all was done the owners son suggested we get hurricane posts to drop in since there is wind where we live. So he kindly dropped them off for us (we bought them). When we went to install there was no way to just "drop" them in. The vinyl fence panels go through the posts. Plus they would be sitting on top of the garden cement that the posts were installed in. They needed to be dropped in during installation so they could be set into the cement as well. So again we called the owners son and he went off on us. Told us the issues we had were our fault and didn't understand how the hurricane posts didn't work. Also they installed our gate backwards, not following code for a gate around a pool. He told us that was our fault as well as he didn't know it was going around a pool (apparently he couldn't see the pool 40 ft in front of him). I'd go elsewhere. They are supposed to be the professionals but when there is an issue it quickly becomes the home owners fault.

The crew came the next day to start the project. The crew was professional and courteous. Their was exceptional. After two days the driveway project was complete. I was surprised and thankful for the work. They did everything they laid out in the scope of work and did it superbly. It is a great value as other providers were only going to pave a portion of my driveway and seal the rest for about the same price. I highly recommend them!

Contacted the "warranty" person Tina on 7/17/26. The one and only response from her was on 7/20/26 was that she was working on scheduling us. " I WILL NOT FORGET ABOUT YOU." Since 7/20/26 we texted her 9 times called and left her 11 messages. We still haven't had any response from her and our issues are still not resolved. Issue#1 The first heavy rainstorm comes 5 days after the job was complete. It was then that we realized that the homes rain gutters downspout that was under the driveway was somehow separated , probably from excavating the driveway. No water was flowing out of the drain pipe on the other side of the driveway. It was oozing up through the asphalt in the center of the driveway. We kept calling but to no avail. He finally came out 2 weeks later and agreed to fix it. He said he was coming out the very next day to repair it. Again he never came. We had to have new rain gutters installed and rerouted to alleviate the problem. Issue #2 The driveway isn't pitched correctly. Much of the water that runs down the driveway goes directly into the front door of our 6 month old shed. Again when he was here he assured us that he could and would fix it, we are still waiting. Issue #3 The edges of the driveway are very thin and crumbling and aren't straight on much of the driveway. Issue #4 When repairing the driveway from the first coat that was failing from LONG lengthwise cracks, the hot exhaust melted the siding on our 6 month old garage. While working their machine they dented the corner of one of the garage doors. The garage is only 6 months old. Issue #5 We paid to have a drain installed on the upper side of the driveway to channel the water underneath but very little water makes it in the drain. Again it is not pitched correctly. We weren't too concerned at first because of the warranty and his promises to fix these issues. We thought it would be taken care of as promised on 6/17/26. We were told on 6/17/26 he woukd be out the very next day. He never showed up. We spoke to him on 9/8/26 (one of the rare occasions he answered the phone) that it would be about 2 more weeks before he would make it out. We spoke to Tom ( the owner ) again on 10/5/26 he stated he would be out 10/7/26 to look at the project and repair it the very next day 10/8/26. It is 10/17/26 we are still waiting. The driveway was first done 5/28/26. Don't be charmed by his promises and warranty. Steer clear of Stair Paving and save yourself the headache and stress. Do yourself a favor and choose a different contractor. If we could have given him no star we would. One star is too kind. Our next move is contacting the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. First photo is of water running directly into the shed. The second photo jagged edge and the edge is very thin. The last photo is of water oozing out of the driveway after rainstorms.
