RUN AWAY, terrible business. Like some small businesses, they string you along for a bit so they can keep a steady supply of work. They did this for about a month after giving us a quote. When they finally did the install, they did a pathetic job of installing the gate opener. Over a two-week period they seemed to try half-heartedly to determine the problem, after we told them twice they had put in bad batteries (yes, two dead batteries, one after the other). The solar panel was never mounted properly. I finally got tired of waiting on them to "figure out what the problem is" and spent one hour working on the set up. I put a good battery on it, mounted the solar panel properly, and it is working fine. The next day after I got it working they came back with a good battery, but still not a battery box with a lid. Just a plastic box on its side with the battery stuck in it. Pehaps the worst business in Tallahassee I've ever had to work with. I almost forgot to mention that on one of the times they had someone working on the gate, I arrived home. I started talking to them, and by the time I walked away one of the guys implied that I had cut wires on the system, that they would never leave wires like that. Jerry stands by his work 100% I had a problem with my gate, not because of his work, but because of my lawn care company not closing it and Jerry fixed it and would not even accept gas money! He has also given me recommendations for a handyman who was awesome and a painter who did a great job! One of the most polite men I have ever met and really knows his business! read more

I called the company who I had done business with several times, in February of 2023. The owner came out looked at my fence and said that he would get back to me with an estimate. He also said there was nothing wrong with my gate. It is now the end of May and I have called several times with no response.
