I found her through QuickBooks when trying to build a new website, and she was one of the first people who responded to my email. I gave her a deposit and she built a basic website and Facebook page and asked for the remaining amount before she would publish it. I asked her to make some changes from the basic page she made and add actual photos I had sent her and change some wording and fonts. It took months and months of emailing her and no response. When she finally did respond she was rude and very ignorant and wouldn't make any of the changes I requested and was not helpful at all. At this point I had already paid her the entire amount and once that occurred, she was done with us. I finally got access to my own website and Facebook account after months of asking; just so I can do pay someone new to do the work she was supposed to do. After googling her and reading reviews on the BBB I see she did the exact same thing to other people. Do NOT hire or you will spend a couple thousand dollars for the most basic site ever, and she will insult you and be continually rude. Waste of time and money. In all of my years I have never ever met someone to unprofessional.
