Daughter picked out her earring and we waited. They do a fabulous job in explaining the jewelry and sanitation process. So our wait was only because of that process and it wasn't even that long. Ben came out and got us when it was time for her piercing. He was just so nice and thorough. He's very professional and been doing this a very long time and you can see that from his level of knowledge during his explaining of the process and care procedures. We had a fabulous experience here and highly recommend.
