This "clinic" is a joke. Don't even waste your time attempting to make an appointment if you're a…read more"new patient". I wholeheartedly understood that it would take a few months to be seen by their "family doctors", but when I was told they only had 3 available doctors taking new patients I was perfectly fine with the schedule to wait. Then the receptionist tells me which doctor I wanted and mentioned Dr. Wagner as a first option so I opt that my two kids and I be seen by Dr. Wagner. Then here's the catch: the receptionist asks you a bunch of MEDICAL questions and current meds you're on and Dr. Wagner will then "DECIDE" if he will see us?! WHAT IN THE HEALTH CARE WORLD?! I was shocked by her statement and received a call two days later saying that Dr. Wagner decline to "care" or see my kids and I. BRAVO, DR. WAGNER! I bet denying and getting to pick and chose who you want to see makes you feel better about yourself as a practicing doctor who took the Hippocratic oath LIKE ALL DOCTORS DO and now that you're a "big time Dr" in a small town that oath DOES NOT apply to you. This clinic and how they run is truly unbelievable! They called me a few days later REPEATEDLY to let me know another available doctor in their clinic is willing to see me and my children. YEAH.....NO! You may think you are the "it" clinic in WW, but I managed to get myself and my children a good family doctor in WW and could care less about you offering up your next doctor. Walla Walla clinic I truly appreciate the laughs. Now from what I'm reading, Dr. Wagner isn't that great of a doctor anyway so, thank you for denying myself and my two children care! The grass IS IN FACT greener on the other side, folks! Don't settle for WW clinic and their bs stipulations or being "judged" by a Dr before being seen and waiting to see if a doctor will deny or approve to see you!! There are PLENTY OF doctors in WW that are better and not part of this bs scheme WW clinic has enforced! Just do your research and you'll find a fabulous doctor like I have!

I think I'm ready to speak out on my experience with Cynthia Reese at Walla Walla Women's Clinic. I…read moresaw Cynthia Reese on August 4th, 2023. I saw her so that I could have Nexplanon placed in my arm (birth control). I was 16. From the second she walked in the room, I could feel the vibes were off. I was already nervous with going in to get the procedure done by myself. She asked me if I was sexually active, and I answered yes. She then asked me if I was on any birth control. I said no. She then proceeded to berate me on how inappropriate it is to have unprotected sex. Which, at the time, I didn't understand that condoms were considered "birth control methods," so of course I answered no. When really, I was having protected sex with the usage of condoms. She continued to talk down to me, and she made me feel so embarrassed and uncomfortable. When it was time to place the Nexplanon and she inserted the lidocaine injection, I winced. She then proceeded to say, "That's not even the hard part," in an irritated tone. Basically saying that I needed to toughen up. I left there in TEARS. I never forgot that experience. Now, flash forward to today, I had to get my Nexplanon taken out because of bad side effects. It took over an hour to get it out because of how deep she had placed it in my arm. I confided in the different doctor that I had seen today and told him about my experience with her. He was shocked at my story and had told me to be cautious about going back to see her ever again because of how incorrectly she inserted my Nexplanon years ago. Like, I'm not even kidding you, this doctor spent 45 minutes digging deeper and deeper into my arm to retrieve the old Nexplanon. The procedure should have taken 20 minutes MAX. Not to mention the IMMENSE pain I was in as he had to pull tissue by tissue out of my arm, and cut deeper and deeper into my arm. But he was incredibly kind and supportive, so that helped. So I guess what I am trying to get across here is that it doesn't matter how your day is, or how upset you are on that day, you should ALWAYS treat every patient with kindness and respect and have empathy. Just as you would like for others to treat you. I hope others have had better experiences with her. But if you plan to get Nexplanon placed by Cynthia Reese, I highly recommend that you choose another provider to do the procedure. She caused me a very traumatic experience today, even 3 years later, because of her negligence when she placed my Nexplanon. To you, Cynthia, I hope you work on your empathy, and I hope that whatever was upsetting you that day has come to a resolve so that you never treat one of your patients like that ever again.
