Very unimpressed. From the start I spoke with 5 different people (all at separate times) and each of them asked me the same questions. After not hearing from them for 2 months I reached out to them. They apologized for not contacting and told me that some how my case didn't make it out of the initial review process. Post accident I needed a disc replacement in my neck and a disc fusion in my lower back. After only 2 months of physical therapy they recommended I stop therapy because we were about to max out the other persons insurance limit of $25,000. They then went after my UIM coverage and was awarded the full amount. I was told I would receive between $10-15,000 with the settlement. I received a very meager $2,900 and Feller & Wendt received $16,600!!!! I feel very lied to and ripped off by this law firm. I will never use them again. :( read more

I would give this firm zero stars if I could. After being pressured into hiring them with promises that they would make the process easier, the complete opposite happened. Communication was non-existent, and I was always the one having to reach out for updates. Each time, little or no progress had been made. They did absolutely nothing to help and made my situation far more stressful than it ever needed to be. I regret hiring them and would not recommend their services to anyone. ‼DO NOT LET FELLER AND WENDT REPRESENT YOU‼I got into my accident on April 12th of 2024. I was recommended Feller and Wendt via Facebook group and decided to just try them out. I have never been in an accident like this before so I didn't know what to expect. Everything started off well with Feller and Wendt until I started to not hear from them for 4+ weeks. I would call the office with questions and concerns about me and or my case and was always told, "your team is in a meeting", "your team is unavailable" etc. I always left a voicemail and NEVER would hear back. I was going through my treatment for about 6 months. At this point I was done with the chiropractor and was looking to settle my case due to needing the money. I was told by Shirley Guzman (my case manager) that I needed to rack up as many medical bills as possible because that would force the insurance company of the person who hit me to pay out more money. So I did what she suggested and I kept going to the chiropractor even though I didn't feel as though I needed to anymore. In November I expressed concern about my ongoing concussion symptoms and she sent me to get 2 MRIs. When I pleaded with her to get me in to see a neurologist she said she was going to look into it and never did. I asked her MULTIPLE times to get me a referral because I was really concerned with my symptoms and I finally gave up on trying to see one after I realized she has no interest in getting me in to see a neurologist. She then suggested I go to an orthopedic doctor to get injections. I agreed and got 2 rounds of injections. After I expressed concern that my medical bills were getting a little high and we could only get max 25,000 from my settlement she ensured me that she would be able to lower all my medical bills down 37% and so that made me feel better about the amount of medical bills I had. During this process I was promised things that never happened, I was lied to on multiple occasions and I was ignored. It got to a point where I filed a complaint because the fake promises, the lies and the blatant ignoring me got out of control and I became frustrated. Obviously my complaint wasn't taken into consideration because the treatment continued. Fast forward to April of this year, we finally settle my case fully and they send over my closing packet, just to see that there was no negotiation done for the medical bills she told me not to worry about, when I questioned her about it she then claimed those bills weren't negotiable. Thankfully my mother was with me when Shirley specifically told me to not worry about the amount of the medical bills because she would negotiate them down 37% so I knew I wasn't crazy. I was made to feel like a liar by the entire Feller and Wendt team after confronting them with all my concerns. These people will LIE to you, give you fake promises to ensure you feel better about the situation and they will ignore your every attempt to contact them. Have a question about your case? Expect to never receive a call back and be left with unanswered questions. They will tell you everything you want to hear. They will force you to see doctors you don't even want to see so that they can get the highest pay out. They pretend they are for you but in reality they ONLY care about THEIR check. These people are liars and I feel like I have been scammed. They led me on and made me believe I was going to get the highest pay out when in reality I got just as much as them. They sat at a desk for a year and got just as much as me! After being told I was going to walk away with a certain amount and not walking away with that amount due to their lies was completely disheartening. I do not recommended Feller and Wendt. I was recently selected to participate in a legal focus group for Feller & Wendt. Nicole helped prepare all of the participants the day before for any technical problems that might occur. The law firm chose participants from a variety of different ways of life and backgrounds. The lawyers presented their cases and facilitated a good discussion. The lawyers and all the staff were super professional and informative throughout the process. We never want to think about the possibility of being in an accident, but if I were ever in an accident, I would 100 percent trust Feller & Wendt to represent me. read more

Today, I completed my first focus group with Feller & Wendt. I was very impressed with the clarity and ease of the process of participating. Once the focus group started it was easy to see the diversity of opinions. The attorneys made everyone's opinion feel valued. The environment was comfortable so there was never any disputing or hard feelings even though the opinions would get polar opposite at times. The attorneys sought to understand everyone's viewpoint and even played devil's advocate to try to further thought. At no point did I feel persuaded to view situations in a certain way, it was only facts presented and then group discussion. Especially with Giancarlo, the attorneys made the group feel of their gratitude for our honesty, time, and viewpoints. Wonderful opportunity to participate in this focus group. read more

I have been here twice and turned down after riding on a razor and flipped of suffered a concussion, my helmet cracked and the internet showed there were many injuries requiring ER due to similar injuries in California, San Francisco and Arizona. This was a major class action suit but they backed down. Maybe their is a conflict of interest here. I don't know. I will try to start a class action after working on other litigations. read more

I was selected to participate in a focus group for Feller & Wendt and was very impressed with this practice. Carina (the person in charge of setting up the group) was very professional and was great with her communication. She sent emails explaining how it would happen as well as text messages with little reminders. I was more than impressed with the other people that participated in the group and learned so much from them. The lawyer that was hosting the group was so kind, professional, and informative. It group was hosted over zoom due to Covid but everything went so well. The sound was loud and clear and the lawyer giving us all the information had a great speaking voice. It was a very interesting and fun afternoon. I would have confidence in hiring this firm if I ever needed help. Being able to see some of the behind the scene preparations they take (like these focus groups) tells me that they are dedicated to their work and will do everything they can to help you with your case.
