I have been to F&G 3 times.
This last experience will be the final one. I was 10 minutes early for a color and trim appointment expecting to be able to speak about idea in advance. After having been left to sit for 50 minutes while the owner spoke to salepeople, other stylists clients, the apprentice about her next clients hair, and then her next client, she finally got to dealing with my hair. She was rude and mean to her assistant over my head while doing the foils and very hurried and rushed(now that she was an hour behind). I recieved some glaze I was not asked about or informed of any cost , she roughly pulled my hair while delivering this glaze continually barking at me to lift my chin. After having my hair washed and raised by the lovely assistant, I was lead to the chair to await my trim. I mentioned to my next stylist that it was likely I had missed my appointment with her due to how behind I was in getting started . In a very cheerful manner she explained that while I had missed my opportunity with her she assured me that, because they were such a great team here, someone else would pick up the slack. Well, my previous stylist and the other owner, had left the building, did not answer their messages and their phones went straight to voicemail.
One of the stylists left her client to run down the street to try and find anyone to help with this situation.
I sat for 35 minutes with a wet head that nobody trimmed.
My appointment lasted from 12:30 (12:20 really) until 4:45 - they guessedamated my charge at being 200 dollars for the services rendered and hoped i wasn't to upset that i was leaving after all this time without having my trim.
Horrendous customer service!!!!
I was embarrased for the more junior stylists, who were obviously flustered by the actions of the owners if this salon.
Won't be back!!!! read more
