We scheduled an appointment with a month in advance for my daughter. We received email asking to confirm that we will be attending the appointment. Within 30 minutes before the appointment, we get message that is has been canceled. No reason given. No message with explanation or option to reschedule. Unprofessional. Uncaring. read more

I have had one meeting with Dr.Hopper himself and I think he didn't understand my entire story (since I always get Tania) so he was a little off putting to me. Still a very nice guy. I just didn't feel as comfortable sharing with him. The office staff is super friendly and the longest I've ever had to wait in the lobby is like 15 minutes. They are very thorough when diagnosing and it shows they are really trying to help. Highly recommend.
