When I told them I was a new patient and would like to schedule an appointment with Dr. Martini, they told me he isn't accepting new patients. Finding quality health care up here is very hard. I finally thought I found a good doctor that's competent, went to a good school etc and I cant get an appointment with him. I've been trying to call the office to see if I can get put on a waiting list but again..no one ever answers the phone in this office.

I needed a receptionist from Schweiger, and the person said they would have them call me back. Did they? Noooooo. So I have found another dermatologist who is NOT in a group, has actual receptionists, and treats you like a human being. That's also why I left Crystal Run. By the way, I needed MOHS surgery and the surgeon's office said they can't even get through to the Schweiger doctors and also can only get the call center!!! Went to another doctor at a different place, who gave me a proper diagnosis and turns out there WAS an issue and received proper treatment.
