Her technique is difficult to explain and probably differs from patient to patient, but as a former patient dealing with the same life struggles that so many people deal with, I can say that seeing her helped me after a tragedy in my life when more traditional analytical therapists did not. I am equipped to more gracefully deal with life's issues. I now know and understand myself better. If you can get in to see her, I highly recommend it. She made me feel very uncomfortable and showed no empathy. I left that place feeling terrible and like a failure. I know a friend who had a very similar experience there dealing with Judy and was also very upset after her intake. I do not recommend that place and I'm glad that I chose to not attend their program. I recommend Seneca for intense therapy.

She's also been wonderful about respecting pronouns and has taken into account the specific needs of my body as someone who is on HRT and uses a binder.
