His son (who took over the practice) and the reason why they begged all their patients to stay went on a 2 month vacation from end of November until end of January ) AND did not staff the practice with any additional help. They literally have 1 doctor who is incredibly sketchy at best 3. They make appointments and keep you waiting for 2 hours past the appointment time and show no remorse stating that they only have 1 doctor 4. They are rude, disrespectful and do NOT care about you as a patient. 5. The office is filthy and dated I truly feel bad for the nurses in the office because they are stuck in an impossible situation with terrible employers !

Instead of helping resolve the situation, she was dismissive and unprofessional. During one call, I was literally hung up on while "transferring" the call to the office manager, yet there was no call back and my next call went to voice mail and never returned. When you're dealing with something as serious as heart health, the last thing you should be worrying about is whether the office can handle basic administrative tasks.
