The atmosphere is just ok, but what it lacks in ambiance, it makes up for in taste. We are a family of five and all of us loved what we ordered. Collectively we had the pizza Hawaii, pizza with mushrooms and ham, tomato soup, and spaghetti marinara with seafood. The pasta had two types of shrimp, fresh calamari, and muscles. The sauce was divine and the pasta, perfectly al dente. The soup was quite large for just over four euro and my daughter thought the pizza was awesome. Service was tentative, fast, and friendly. I will drive the hour and a half to dine here again, so delicious!

However the quality of the pizza is great and you get to order it by the slice. The ladies who run the shop are quick and you get a nicely warmed up pizza to go or stay. There is limited seating next to the shop and usually difficult to find a place to sit during lunch time. They have a number of different varieties catering to most tastes and you can usually find something including vegetarian pizza choices all day. The prices here are reasonable and it's quite popular with local office staff and shoppers at the OEZ. If you want freshly cooked pizza you would have to order one and wait otherwise it is a slice off the pre prepared ones. If you are craving for freshly made to order pizza then you can do so here or hop across the road from the OEZ to Bel Mondo an Italian restaurant that also makes great pizza. This is very convenient for me as it is just down the road from the office :-)

Typically when you see platters of cold pizza on display that get heated up when you order, your mouth never starts watering. Not here! I actually crave it and try to go at least once a week for lunch. My favorite is the Antipasti Pizza. It tastes great plus somehow it feels 'healthier' since there are veggies on it. Although, I haven't had a bad slice when I do attempt to try a new topping mix. This is an 'order by the slice' type of place but you could also order an entire pizza to go to. One slice is usually enough, but 2 would be my max for one sitting. If you're looking for pizza that is not super thin crust, then this place is definitely worth a try! p.s. It's inside the Olympia Einkaufzentrum, right on the corner in between McDonald, Kaufhof & Edeka.

Careful, the olives are imported and have pits. We asked the owner David to prepare a 3 course chef's selection for the group. First course was pasta with ricotta. Second course was a seafood linguini (mussels, shrimp, and octopus all fresh). Third course was traditional bolognese. All courses were excellent with perfectly cooked al dente pasta. My favorite was the seafood. We split a tiramisu and panna cotta for dessert, both excellent. Finished the evening with lemon cello made from the owner on the house. We will be back.

The hotel was located at a very deserted "countryside" and we were convinced that we will have to settle for the hotel's restaurant. We decided to venture out to take a look. Stumbled upon this Italian restaurant and was taken by its cosy ambience, tasty food and friendly staff. The pizza is outstanding with thin and crispy crust and fresh toppings. We were sitting near the wood fire oven and was able to watch our pizzas freshly made in front of our eyes. Another special mention to the tiramisu which was plated to look like a pot of plant! The chef also made a delicious Nutella pizza for us "on the house". Would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. :)
