Competent medically, but horrible customer service. I showed up early with paperwork completed. Left me sitting in the waiting room for 25 minutes past my appointment time. The nurse then enters the data from the paperwork I brought in and does the usual preliminary exam. That took about 15 minutes. I still had to wait for the Dr to get to me. The Dr and staff will ask you questions and begin speaking again before you can answer the question, which is a clear indication that they are not actually listening. The Dr asked me who did my Lasik surgery (from 14 years ago), which was not really relevant anymore. When I advised of the name and city where it was done, I was informed I didn't sound like I was from that place?!? As if I lied about where I'm from?!? They kept trying to upsell me stuff I didn't need and I was still grossly overcharged for what was done. They charged extra to check the prescription on my existing glasses but didn't give me the option to turn down the service. I told them repeatedly that I didn't want bifocals. They still wrote the prescription for bifocals and explained that if I try to buy elsewhere and without getting bifocals, the people selling me glasses will have to call to get permission to do it that way. What a scam!! I couldn't get out of that place fast enough and I won't go back for ANY reason. read more
