I could not only save my teeth but could also save a lot of money by not following their advice. I would suggest you take second opinion and google on your condition before you decide to do anything with these guys. They are only looking out for their own interest.

She didn't even arrange for me to get an opioid I had requested to relieve the pain. (I hardly ever take opioids). I had to pay another complete fee to an oral surgeon who had to cut into my gum to relieve the pressure from the buildup of puss. She refused to make restitution. If there were a zero star rating, I'd give that. When I sent a letter requesting compensation of the oral surgeon service she should have performed she cancelled the final follow up visit at the last second without rescheduling. BTW, if she had informed me upfront that she planned the single visit approach and would be on vacation without backup I would have gotten out of her chair and gone to someone else.

I asked for the out of pocket cost (after the dental coverage) which they gave in parts and I'd to call them 3-4 times to get the complete out of pocket cost. I thought that I should get a second review by some other dentist so asked for the x-rays. They sent me a print out of x-ray on a piece of paper - which does not help much to any dentist for review. I called them up for at least 5-6 times for the x-ray and every time they said their computer is broken so they can't send the x-ray. I said how come you people are working when the computer is broken for last 2-3 weeks. To which they said everything else is working but the email. That's ludicrous!

I said "yes, keep the appointment" but if something opens up for the weekend to give me a call. Weekend passed by , no one called and i went to my scheduled Monday night appointment to find out that it was cancelled because per this lady in glasses she spoke to me and i said to cancel the appointment (she was telling me that with an attitude when i was standing in their office lobby for my 7 pm appointment). She said they will gladly see me and what was i there for? I answered "fillings" and she gave me an attitude again and rolled her eyes saying that the lady who made an appointment marked deep cleaning instead of filling and implied that its my fault that one made incorrect note for the appointment and another cancelled appointment. After all these attitude comments from this lady i walked away. Always trust your gut. I regret i even went to this office again because 1st bad sign was when my boyfriend got implants done on front teeth with them and year later one tooth fell off and he had to go to another doctor in this clinic that they will screw the tooth back in (the doctor who did bad job is not there anymore), next bad sign was when i went there for only tooth cleaning and was charged extra because of their fancy machine X-rays (no one even told me upfront its going to be extra and i never pay extra for just the cleaning procedure). Then they told me i only need deep cleaning and 1 crown. I said i wont do deep cleaning after my cleaning (their up-sale technique). Amazingly but just less than 3-4 months ago i was there for all the work and was told all good with my teeth and now i have no filling in one of them. i never return there again because of this rude lady who also gossips about her colleagues behind their backs in-front of the customers. Today was enough of her terrible customer service and treating the customer so poorly. Highly NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I got 2 fillings done and I normally HATE the dentist....this was my best experience ever. I hate the sounds, and the smells, and time. The dentist here completed the most pain free and quickest yet high quality fillings I've ever had. I was shocked. I still don't like the dentist but it's much more manageable! Upon arrival the receptionist said that I had to put all of our personal information, insurance info and and medical information into their new portal since they had a new computer system and texted links to me to do it separately for myself and my son. I said that I wished that they would transfer the information from there old system and she said yes, me too. I told her when I was having trouble with the with the portal and she just looked at me. While I was sitting in the waiting room entering information I heard a hygienist come to look for us and the receptionist told her that we cannot go back until I finish entering the portal. While this was going on another patient came in with another person and was in the waiting room cursing including using the F word. Then the receptionist addressed him by his first name and told him he could go back, which led me to believe that she knew him. No, hey sorry about the language, etc. Not a good environment when you have a child/children with you. When we went back to the exam room the hygienist said that the dentist would exam my teeth before she cleaned them and he did; which doesn't seem like a thorough exam to me but it seemed that he was planning to leave for the evening. When the hygienist asked to re-schedule us, I told her that I didn't think that we'd be back. When she asked why, I said that I would include it in my survey response since they normally send a link after appointments. I did mention to bad environment in the waiting room for children and she responded that it wasn't an employee but a patient. I would be apologizing if it was one of my customers but I guess that the medical / dental industry handles things differently. Any-who, I guess they didn't want the feedback since for the first time I did not receive a text with a link to a survey. There has been a lot of turn-over with the hygienist and front office employees since Dr. Wolfe has retired and the service is not the same.

They were all so tiny that fillings are completely unnecessary and wouldn't get worse as long as I improved my dental care. Also, my hygienist at Wolfe Dental was sweet, however the doctor was not. She did not introduce herself to me and did not even tell me I had any cavities until I received my treatment plan and saw it myself.
