This was after, by far, the worst adjustment I've ever had at a chiropractor's office. Felt no better upon leaving than when I first arrived. Dr. Cyr's skills are extremely limited and the hard sell without checking my insurance is just bad business. The office itself was extremely run down and kind of creepy. She takes her time with EVERY patient, she is thorough, knowledgeable, and leaves none of my needs unmet. She explains everything and takes the time to write down all of the details for me. She never rushes me out the door and I leave every appointment feeling like I was her most important patient of the day. I will gladly wait for my turn when going to an appointment with her. I try to bring my laptop, tablet, or a book so that I can keep busy until I'm on deck. I leave 200% satisfied! Your patience will pay off because if you're lucky enough to see her, you'll understand why I wrote this review!

The doctor is okay and I liked him more when he called me back to help me replace my glasses after the dog chewed mine up even during this COVID stuff.. so I was pretty happy for that. Unfriendly staff members are NO fun.. in fact, I almost mentioned it to the Doctor, telling him he could be losing many patients. I have worked for docs my career as a biller and a front office staff person. Friendliness and empathy are so important. I have to giggle though.. the lady that does her eyebrows like Joan Crawford is like whoa! I would refer anyone to Dr. Del Bianco. The staff actually gets friendlier the more you go... lol. Also, I am friendly to people whether they are to me or not. It is all about how I want to be treated. Never know if maybe they had a terrible morning or a disaster.. who knows why people aren't as friendly as others. Probably lack of Jesus.

She wanted a massage so we checked out Joe. My wife has gotten massages from Tokyo to Thailand to NYC to Rome and this was one of the if not the best massage she has ever had. Not only did Joe relieve her muscle pain but he also realized that a past surgery was impeding her mobility in her neck and she found instant release. Joe's manner was not only informative but also comforting. We wish we lived closer to Woodstock as Joe would become a constant in our lives. Even if you go to Woodstock just for the weekend see Joe the guru. It's worth it. Thank you Joe.

With the quality of her work and the experience she has, I told her she needs to charge more. My back and neck were a wreak from all the digging on the property and then trying to play 18 holes of golf. Joe is very intuitive and gentle. He takes his time doing some easy joint movement before adjusting. Overall I left very relaxed and taken care of. The whole thing was less than $100 so I left a $20 tip. I live in CA most of the year and I have a my own health club with a chiropractor and 5 massage therapists. When I come to VT for the summer I go to Joe and Lisa.
