Pretty much most of our family and friends will never spend another dime at this place after the way she treated my parents (posted below). Then she decided to message my brother and tell him it was because she was having an anxiety attack. As a business owner you should never use your mental state as an excuse to treat people this way. It takes $0 to say can you excuse me for a moment. As veteran I have alot of mental health issues, however I do not use them as an excuse to treat people poorly. Do better. Instead I found a job helping people in the community. My dad is a veteran with disabilities and has a brain injury. He is also one of the kindest people I know. If he saw you in need he would do anything he could to help even after he treated him the way did. It is uncalled for. I hope one day you will have some compassion and not use your anxiety or mental illness as an excuse to treat the next person like crap or like they are stupid My husband and I stopped at feeling groovy Friday evening , I wanted to buy a fanny pack, he has turrets and brain damage from accident, he makes a lot of noises, not loud just continuous, I was behind him he asked the stores owner Nancy Murray if he could ask her a question , he started to ask and she said NO, I can't take all your babbling, she said you need to go, I said Scott go out to car I'll be right out, I explained his issues and she stated I don't care, then I said ring me up so I can leave, then I said on second thought , keep the damn thing, and I left, she followed me outside n said this isn't going to work, I don't want you to come here anymore because last time you were here, you were crawling all over my floor by the sling bags, (I buy all my bags there) I was shocked I said I never crawl all over floors however I sat on the floor as the bags are 6 to 10 deep on each rack n go all the way to floor, what the????????, I'm very upset and can't believe the ignorance of some people, and rudeness, has anyone else had problems there? I've heard many people tell me that's just her, so sad, Scott said I didn't do anything to her n she made me feel like I was stupid, Nancy Murray you should be grateful people shop n spend their money with you, cause you don't deserve it,shame on you. read more

Horrible customer service. Selection of sizes ok if you are no bigger than a size 7. Owner said she only buys from Nepal which obviously means she pays bottom dollar prices while over charging and not supporting Americans who probably make better quality items that are actually available for American women and men. Found it odd the lady obviously didn't want me anywhere in the store or to buy anything, which can be found online cheaper anyway .. probably in bulk. am writing this currently as the shop is open still for the day. I had a little time after getting my teeth cleaned next door. So I figured why not patronize some local businesses. My initial greetings were very pleasant from the gentleman behind the counter and the lady who came out from the Back... That quickly changed when I move to a different location to check out the merch. I guess I look like a theif , As soon as I moved, I quickly became her Target as she kept interrupting me and telling me how I was in this location earlier and now I'm at this location yada yada, multiple times. I looked at my phone to check incoming messages and was told no phones,despite the young lady standing next to me having a whole text conversation in the middle of the aisle. Still trying to be pleasant I said no problem I'm not taking pictures I was just checking an incoming message. Then I was politely informed that they were leaving to eat at about 4:40 basically ushering me out. I am fine with this because my money and credit is good everywhere else. I would avoid, I only shop small Business but will never recommend this place. I didn't get the replacement glass that I was shopping but that's why they call it shopping not buying read more

Brought in a bowl to be repaired with my kids dads ashes and the owners knowingly GAVE IT AWAY to a person they KNEW was NOT ME. They have yet to apologize for their CARELESS act and I don't get my loved ones ashes back either. I thought they were decent people but I was wrong. BE careful shopping here as they arnt that trust worthy and you can get a lot of the same quality stuff from amazon. read more

I have to give feeling Groovy 1 out of 5 stars today I walked in to look at the selection of grinders I acknowledged that I wanted to look at one she told me the price and I simply said it was cheaper online I looked at it and handed it back to her she asked me if I was going to purchase it and I said no I going to get it online. At her store, they are 90 dollars, and online, I can find them for 60. her voice raised and she told me I was bogus for saying that and coming into her store and just looking at something that I was going to buy online keep in mind I was prepared to buy it if it was the right price I wanted to support a local business but I can't justify 30 more dollars. I then asked if I could purchase a torch and she told me to leave for being bogus about buy products online. read more

I've tried multiple times to purchase an item before class. Open time on the door says 10:30, but it's never open on time. Also is very trans exclusionary. Not a safe place for trans or genderfluid people. read more
