The salon is quite nice and clean, and they were able to fit me in for an appointment the day after I called, so that was very convenient. I was in a rush that day so I washed my hair right before going in, and just needed a trim, so I was very happy to be done in 10 minutes or so (and $15, so yeah, I liked that). Again, I was rushing so I didn't even get them to dry it up, but once I styled it at home I was very pleased. I know not everyone would approach a haircut the same way, but I just needed a trim and got lucky by choosing a good place to go to. I would totally go back if I'm in the area again.

Instead he did zero layers and chopped the sides of my hair to look like a grade schooler. I am scheduled to get extensions put in and will probably have to keep them in for 2 years until my hair grows out. Days before Thanksgiving also. So, this guy, Tim who did my hair, does not listen to his clients and only does what he knows how to do. I honestly think he has no clue and I am mortified and what I am dealing with. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. IT WILL TAKE ME TWO YEARS TO GET BACK TO NORMAL. they should close the place down. It is that disgusting.

When we called, we were told that the treatment would only remove SOME of the curl, which we were never told. spent far too much money and did not get the results I was expecting. My hair is still incredibly frizzy, which we were told when calling her that the treatment was supposed to fix. Ended up talking to the owner, and she talked down to me like a child. was very rude, has no people skills. Blamed us for the 'misunderstanding'. I was never told that my pictures would be posted on their page and if I had known would never had consented to having my photos taken. Will never return, this salon is incredibly misleading in their business practice, and the owner is incredibly rude. Update: The owner called us today. She yelled and ranted and cussed us out, and told my grandmother she needed to get me under control.
