The supervisor said that "it happens" and did not appear to have any empathy or compassion for the mistakes that the groomer had made and was dismissive. It was frustrating to have to advocate for our pet when the damage was inflicted by Petco's own groomers. To top it off, our pet's leash was soaking when we picked him up.

For example, they were able to explain the different types of seed and which birds they would attract, and also warned us about how some of the materials for the birdbaths could crack in extremely cold weather so that we could pick one that would work for us and the seasons we wanted to leave it out. We now have dozens of birds visiting our backyard on a regular basis, and our one year old son loves seeing all of them.
