If I could give it no stars, I would. As other reviewers mention, package is out for delivery multiple days then get motivation not attempted due to weather. Other delivery services have delivered packages for multiple days with no issue (roads clear). This is not the first time. Have had packages out for delivery for a week before delivering. read more

This is the worst FedEx company in the history of FedEx companies. Without fail they seem to never deliver my packages and on the off chance they do (after hours of screaming at "customer service") it's damaged! They do not care about anything and are beyond lazy. I had to call them and go to their facility to pick up my package. The incompetence is unreal. This most recent one was the cherry on top, I had ordered factor and that is a food service that has to be delivered same day or it will go bad, guess what! No delivery. Awful awful awful. I have had multiple deliveries never delivered. They say out for delivery, _____ (or) ____ (don't want employees in trouble) are on their way". They never show up. I have tried to contact their local office which is nearly impossible. The customer service rep I spoke with (not locally) was extremely sweet and tried to be as helpful as possible. I have received deliveries from USPS and UPS as well as freight while waiting for this package and they have stated our paved and plowed roads are unable to drive down and yet my tiny Toyota hatchback that is often referred to as a clown car because of the tiny size of it, can manage to go down the road, in my driveway, and on the main roads which are free of anything. I don't understand why it is always FEDEX I have the issues with. Every. Single. Time. during my remodel it is Fedex that has failed us, made our deadlines pushed out, had us have contractors on site for no reason (even after allowing for a week of extra time for issues with delivery). Basically I loose money every time I the company I order from uses them. I now will go out of my way to contact the company and specifically state I will not accept Fed Ex and we need to figure out an alternative. I don't blame the employees, I am sure they are trying the best they can and are probably already overworked. Figure it out though, UPS and USPS don't have these issues (in my experience) yet Fedex always disappoints. Not sure if it is this location, I have used them in many offices and did not have this type of issue, they were actually on time within reason of circumstances (weather, etc.) Basically use anyone else at all cost if you want your package in a timely manner, unharmed (we also received our neighbors' dog's shock collar which they set on the ground in a downpour instead of near our house or under any covered area, it was amazon and was delivered with the dog collar box exposed, it was drenched and I had to tell our neighbors that was how we found it, sorry - again just disappointing service when it was 5 feet further to a covered area ), read more

Sent my iPhone off to be repaired and when it was on its way back it went through the Sikeston FedEx and two days after it was supposed to be delivered I get a notification saying that someone was trying to change my Apple ID password, I used my husbands phone to track my phones location and see it's traveling down the highway away from Sikeston and towards Dexter which is not on the way to my house. So, I look at my tracking and 6 minutes earlier it was reported that the package was damaged and returned. I call and they tell me it came back damaged and empty. Someone at this facility definitely stole my phone and FedEx isn't going to do anything to make it right. More importantly, someone from Sikeston is stealing packages and getting away with it. read more

They falsified their own company documents and said "business closed/noone at home" when my dad was standing at the front door and the truck NEVER STOPPED. The neighbors Ring system recorded this as well. Amazingly 3 days later they dropped off the package on the front porch, as it is no signature required. I've spoken with 12 different people at FedEx about this and still no satisfaction. The Sikeston office has zero credibility. read more

Expecting a medical shipment of a biologic prescription that requires refrigeration. Tracking says it was to be delivered by 8 pm today. Wasn't. Tried to contact FedEx through the chat app and all I could get was the tracking info I already had...I could not have gotten to the chat app without the tracking number so that was a waste of time and insulting. Tried to call. Same story. A recording told me the same thing I already had from checking tracking on the web site. Then it hung up on me. After wasting several minutes of my time answering the same questions over and over and never was able to talk to a person. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. This is very frustrating and I am sure my expensive prescription will be spoiled by the time it is delivered and I can't even talk to someone at FedEx about it. Terrible! read more

Fedex from sikeston does not value its customers!!!!! Our subdivision has filed many complaints with absolutely no resolve from fedex. They continue to dump our packages on the ground at a community mailbox which is located outside of our subdivision and on a highway, free for the taking. This is the absolute worst company to trust with your packages. I will spread the word as far as I can to avoid using FedEx for my online purchases!!!! I have neighbors who have had their life saving medications dumped on the ground as well. Fedex needs to just hang it up and leave the deliveries to the professionals like UPS and USPS. read more

I have contacted FedEx numerous times over the past week. First, I was told my package would be delivered on Friday. When it did not arrive, I was told it was put on the wrong flight and would be delivered on Saturday. Then on Saturday, I was told it was not loaded onto a truck for delivery. Customer Service told me to go pick it up at this location on E Malone in Sikeston. After driving an hour to get my package, I was told I could not pick up the package because it was in a container. Sunday comes around, and a representative put me on hold while they contacted this location. The representative told me I could go pick it up immediately. Again, I drive an hour to pick up my package just to find out they are closed on Sundays! Today, it's Monday. First representative i spoke to at 7 AM said my package would be delivered, today. It's now 9 AM, and another representative told me the package is unable to be picked up, will not be delivered today, and does not know when it will be delivered. FedEx refuses to transfer me to the location on E Malone. FedEx refuses to transfer me to a supervisor. The representative hung up on me. I guess my package that I paid a lot of money for and a good sum of money for overnight delivery will not be delivered, and only God knows if/when it will be delivered. This is terrible! read more
