We were boxed in behind a semi while the driver was using his phone, creating an unsafe situation. After this interaction, the driver followed us for several minutes and into another area. Because I felt unsafe, we intentionally did not go to our home to avoid being followed to our address. Being followed by someone in a company vehicle was extremely frightening. I contacted the company during the incident, and my personal phone number was later given to the driver, who contacted me directly. I did not consent to my personal information being shared, and this made the situation feel even more unsafe. I later learned this individual is part of the company's management. Seeing someone in a leadership role use a company vehicle in this way raises serious concerns about professionalism, safety, and how company resources are used. This experience left me concerned about the company's standards for driver safety and handling of personal information.

Not only did they get me in right away but also set up notifications based on what was most convenient for me. They kept in touch throughout the time they had my vehicle and informed me that I could get a rental car as well (something I had not been informed of by the other party's insurance company) at no cost to me. When I picked my car up today, not only did they do a fantastic job on the body work of my car (it looks like new!), but they also went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of my car and I even noticed they put Rain-X on the windshields. I was floored at the amount of work they put into fixing my car and then at making sure I was taken care of. We had a three story rental that needed to have the trash removed…read more Mariza Pacheco owner, said they would be there Monday morning and their crew of five came and within an hour had hauled out all the trash, amazing, they even used a scoop shovel! The guys then stayed to remove all of the carpets in the house, that day and half of the following day. The one room had carpet that was glued down and they stayed until it was scraped clean. When all said and done, the 30' Roll off was filled! We felt the fee was very reasonable. Mariza and the crew were all very pleasant and what we agreed on was completed. Thank you Gary's Cleaning.

My cleaning gal referred me to them when she wasn't able to clean, said "his gals are good" The new owner was very pleasant, came to my apartment and emailed me an estimate. It was a little high but I gave them a try. The first visit, a "deep cleaning" resulted in the paint being destroyed on the range hood. They were very prompt in repaying me for having it replaced. I decided to give them a second chance. They were over an hour late, 3 people came to clean a small 2 bedroom apartment. They were in each other's way, it was ridiculous. They didn't seem to be organized at all, After they vacuumed the living room, they started leaving. I asked about the other rooms not being vacuumed, they said they had done them. I was sitting right here, they did Not! And they hurried out the door. After they left, I found so many places that were not cleaned, halfway cleaned and you couldn't smell any kind of cleaning product, I had asked for more natural products after the first time it smelled like toxic chemicals. I emailed the company about the unsatisfactory job. I got no response. I eventually received a bill and I contacted them that I didn't feel I should pay full price for such an unsatisfactory job. She responded that I had to contact the office before the girls left to have had them look at it. I didn't pay the bill and received a second one with a huge late charge. I emailed an offer to pay half the price of the cleaning and asked for a reply. After waiting almost a week. No response. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
