Two weeks ago, my wife was doing dishes and the water stopped flowing. It turns out the pump on our…read moredriven well had failed. I started making calls. Another well company that was unable to service us because of distance, referred me to Jelinek Well Drilling. At the time, I didn't know how lucky that referral was going to be. Our first contact was Sarah. She listened to our plight and offered to do what she could to help. Their estimate was comparable to others I received over the phone. Charlie the well driller came out and made the on-site inspection. He recommended a well placement that didn't disturb any of the mature trees on our property. Fortunately for us they were working nearby and could squeeze us into the schedule. The well was drilled Monday. Charlie and Zach worked like a well oiled machine. They left us with water at the well. They returned on Tuesday and connected the new well to our existing plumbing. We had had running water again. What a luxury it is to have hot running water again. And while we knew there was no guarantee, the water quality Charlie found for us was great. We are just waiting for the trenching and permanent hook up. Hookup crew had the right tools & supplies to complete the job while the drill crew proved they know how to knock a hole in the ground! We found iron rich water multiple times down to 50'. But, I was determined from the beginning to drill deeper for water with less turbidity. We ended up at 100' deep. Money WELL spent!
