Package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday.After truck arrived at the center which was at 5:19 am there was no more activity.Still the same as of today so I called the center.The guy I talked to have no updates since Saturday.He has to do an investigation and will call me no later than 5:30.So that means Fed Ex lied about delivering package and so is Best Buy. read more

Fed Ex doesn't deserve even one star. Terrible. I'm waiting on a bike for a nine year old girl for Easter that is unfortunately coming via Fed Ex (or so I'm foolishly believing). Supposed to be here Thursday March 25. When it doesn't show up, my tracking then shows pending. I have called customer service numerous times for them to tell me what I already know. No one I talk to knows where my package is. It left the Northampton facility and disappeared (Probably right to another house because the package shows it is a bike.) plus, I cannot talk to a supervisor. And God forbid I get the actual phone number to talk to someone in Northampton or Pittson distribution facilities. Seems like they don't want those phone numbers handed out because so many people would be calling complaining about the status of their package. Unfortunately we cannot pick who will deliver packages because I would choose Uber over Fed Ex. UPS and Amazon have their stuff together. This is not the first time I have had issues with Fed Ex. About an hour after my package was delivered I checked my Ring doorbell and saw my package being thrown onto my porch. Luckily there was nothing breakable in it. FedEx delivery people seem to be extremely discourteous and if I had a choice I would not use them. Unfortunately I don't always have a choice. read more

Excuses. I was waiting for my package that requires a signature while I was waiting in my living room near the door. I decide to go outside to check it out. I was disappointed to see the door tag ticket. The FedEx delivery personnel didn't even attempt to knock or ring the doorbell at my door. So I call customer service all they could say is the delivery person didn't knock on the door hard enough "yeah right." I waste my time waitng no motivation or commitment and a lame excuse. read more

They use sub contractors who do not care about the customer! I have reached out to corporate who seems to care just as much! You will not get your package! If you do finally get it, it will be days late! Do yourself the favor and pay attention to the reviews! Do yourself a favor if you order something check and make sure they don't use fedex or you will regret it! They suck! read more

horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!! they have had my packages since 4/03. everyday since 4/03 they have noted "no delivery attempt made." it has been 8 days of that! when i called to find out what the hold up is i was told that fedex needs more drivers and that they are swamped! how are they swamped now but i received all of my xmas gifts on time? they are the worst! read more

I have read other reviews regarding this terminal (Pittston) and I agree 100%. I had numerous problems with their deliveries back in April and those problems are still occurring. I have complained to the vendors who are contracted with them to no avail. I never have a problem when the shipment is sent via UPS. But FedEx????? Disgusting...no excuse. From now on when I order via internet, my first question will be "Who do you use to ship?" The vendors will be the ones losing because clients will think twice before ordering if FedEx is their shipper of choice! read more

Medical supplies sent out from the VA hospital to be delivered on Friday. Driver drove by 4 or 5 times without slowing down. Across the street there is a big wooden sign for the address. Guess they hire race car drivers not delivery drivers. They supplies needed for wound care. Called Fedex and they said they have no evidence for anything on that address. Sorry sir does not give me the bandages and supplies needed for my wounds. Should be called excuse central. read more

They are snail mail. I pay for expedited shipping and they seem to have problems reading this. I placed an order for a formal dress for a Church formal ( husband receiving 4th degree Knight) I will now miss as I do not have my Formal dress wear the church requires. This the 3rd time in 2 months they said delivery exception without explanation. Beside that the guy always tosses the boxes up 7 steps and contend are damaged or box has been open and items missing. Amazon now refuses to replace them and placed me on black list from too many complaints. This is illegal. I paid for merchandise and before I receive it it's missing, destroyed or falling out of the box. How is all of this my fault. Also Amazon often sends me 2 of something by accident and when I call they say keep it. But then I get punished when Fed ex or UPS damages the merchandise. But Fed Ex last month 5/18 has a tornado occurred but never said that to me on the phone. They lied and said it was due to flooding. The next day the news shows the building destroyed. I called Fed ex which the call was rerouted and they told me it would be 1-2 months before they could file an insurance claim and have me reimbursed. Not very friendly, knowledgeable or truthful. I just lost $1200.00 from hotel rooms , dresses and shoes and accessories that I can not use now. Who is going to pay me back? read more

I get a lot of packages and I am always unhappy when I see FedEx will be the delivery service and not UPS. Despite having it on their handheld as well as on each package that they are to bring the packages to my front door, they like to leave them in the driveway instead. Lazy! I've also had them leave boxes on the sidewalk in the pouring rain with no plastic bag. Yesterday, Wednesday, once again two boxes were left in my driveway. At 60-something I am not physically able to carry heavy boxes. I'd have to open the box in the driveway and shlep back and forth with each item and it is also 20 degrees outside. So I called FedEx and as usual they were so nice on the phone, saying they would get someone out to bring them to the door for me. Thursday evening and still no sign of them. So I called the company the boxes were from and they took care of it. Told me FedEx had no intention of getting anyone out to my house until next Tuesday!! They called the local police for me and an officer came out to help me. Are you kidding me?? Now our public servants are doing FedEx's job for them. Worst delivery service ever! read more
