Our Fed-Ex driver needs a raise! We were out of town and a branch had fallen over our driveway blocking it. Our driveway is longer than a football field! Daniel Willis the driver, delivered the package around the fallen tree all the way down our driveway with a dolly to our front porch!!!! He could have just left it at the top of driveway. I never received my ravioli order. But, the website says it was at the omaha facility. This has happened with Fedex several times with me. Twice it happened with a shipment going through Mississippi (i think) and once either a shipment going through Kansas. Fedex is awful. read more

I had a package overnighted to me and was supposed to be here Dec 22. I understand there was inclement weather but the app then said it was going to be delivered on the next day Dec 23 by the end of the day. There was no delivery and when contacting customer service the next day they were very rude and extremely unhelpful. Fed Ex just up and decided they were going to drop all delayed packages and is going to wait to deliver mine Dec 27th.....we'll see read more

I had a parcel that I paid for 2 day delivery on an item I ordered online (from NJ ) . Fedex missed the delivery date by 4 days, they even tried delivering it after I called customer support and told them to return the parcel. It took them 6 days to get it to me ( Omaha ) but once I canceled delivery the vendor had it back in 1 day ..........The item I ordered sat in a fedex facility in my city for 4 days, it made it there on the morning it was scheduled to be delivered. I have to admit that even though I was a little frustrated when I first got there because my note had said that it would be available at for and it was about 4:40 when I got there, I could not stay mad because the women who helped were extremely helpful and while I was in my car trying to find a location for an errand or two that I was going to run and apparently it came in and one of the women came out with my package which I really see as going above and beyond! read more

I had to go to the Fedex ship center because the Fedex shipping service sucks and I had to go pick up my package, but I'm not rating the actual shipping service, I'm rating this particular shipping center. I walk in, wasn't really greeted, and it took about 30 seconds for one of the employees to acknowledge me. The person who helped me was extremely nice and patient with me, (as I had to dig through my phone to find the tracking number). I gave her the tracking number, she went in back, grabbed the package, had me sign for it, and gave it to me, and that was it. The whole process was extremely fast and it only took a couple minutes, which was great since I was late for dinner. It's also open till about 7 or 8 so the late workers can still get packages after leaving work late. read more

Whoever the lady who helped me at this location was rude and a liar. I got a phone sent through fedex with Att and they put my sisters name on the package since I am on her plan. After going there the lady said the only option for me would to get in touch with ATT and tell FedEx that I am able to take the package. ATT called FedEx and told them exactly that and ATT was told that they could not do that, that I would have to be my sister in order to take that. Screw FedEx, screw their no good lying workers, and that whole building. read more

I had some face wash from Walmart delivered by FedEx today. I got the notification it was delivered at about 11 am, however I was asleep. I opened my door to see if it was in front of my door & it wasn't there. I went down to the mailbox to check my mail & see if the package was down there. It wasn't in front of my door, it wasn't in front of the mailbox, it wasn't even in the building. It outside, on the ground & opened with the 100° weather blazing sun shining down on it. Imagine if it was some type of electronic & it was snowing or raining. Imagine if that would've been a phone. It would have been gone or damaged. I don't understand why FedEx feels excluded in delivering packages to ppls doors. USPS does it. UPS does it. Amazon does it. Why is FedEx the exception? Please fix this. read more

I was trying to return an item which gave the option to print a label and have fed ex pick up, not returned never entered in system so guess they lost it. Never again cant trust anyone anymore and I'm just out the money. Called customer service no help there since not in system. read more

I'm waiting for a Verizon watch for my daughter and it was supposed to be at Verizon before 4:15. They apparently put it in the truck to go to Verizon and then brought it straight back to fedex. The tracking number said that it's on it way 4 hrs ago and the guy at Verizon said the fedex truck drove straight by them earlier. read more

I'm picking this location as being the issue but in reality it's FedEx customer service all together is plain horrible. I was trying to request a package to be held at this location , it's already sitting there ready for me to get it so I don't understand the difference if they keep it for one more day for me to come get it as I wouldn't be home the day of delivery. I couldn't get it to work through the App , website or virtual assistant . According to all of them I should of been able to as it was not blacked out . After calling I got a hold of a non English speaking person and it was a pain to get my point across that I wanted them to hold the package so I could pick it up the next day . She stuck me on hold for 10 minutes to come back and ramble off a number and to let me know someone will call me back to let me know when I can pick it up . I kept saying does this mean I can pick it up tomorrow ?? Yes she says , they will call u . It was so hard to understand her . I honestly wanted to ask for someone else to talk to. I don't know why FedEx makes things so difficult. read more

The delivery driver was completely disrespectful. I was working at my job when this man walked in and started to belittle and undermine me. He got angry because I did not say hello to him before giving him the package (I was extremely busy). Then he continued to laugh at me and talk to me like a five year old just because I did not realize he was FedEx Express and not FedEx Ground. Then, once I signed, he mocked me because of my signature and told me to spell my last name. Then exclaimed "woah woah woah, say that slowly," in a demeaning way. At this point, I had enough and let him walk out. Not a Thank You from him or any such thing. I am NOT happy. I never was with FedEx but this tops the cake. They should be shameful for hiring such a disrespectful person. read more

I am having an overall bad experience with Fedex. I have been in contact with both the national and local area centers. The manager at the local office was Exceptional!!! The problem we've been having is that we are told one thing and the complete opposite happens! I was told by the mangager that we could pick up our pacakage at the local center on Q. The package was supposed to be held for us to pick up the next day...that's not what happened. We went to pick up package but it was out on truck to be delivered. When we questioned the woman helping us about what was going on she was not very nice or helpful. We were very frustrated at this point because we had done everything on our part that we were supposed to do and the complete opposite was done on their part! My husband rightfully was upset because I work for a hospital and had to take off early to get package but it wasn't there. I'm not saying that my husband was in the right but as we were walking out the lady behind the counter very rudely yelled out "next time leave him at home!" We immediately turned around and said "excuse me?!" and she threatened to call security. What she said was completely uncalled for and ridiculous! I deal with patients all day long and if you are in a position that requires customer service that's what you give! If you don't like being in customer service then get out! This person was very rude. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with her! I'm not even going to post this till I make sure that we got our package, which incidentally was a gift for our daughter's 16th birthday yesterday. I truly feel that she would do something to mess with us receiving our package. read more
