Went to this location at 3:45 PM CST on 6/14/21. African American lady at the front with glasses had no desire to assist in helping. Asked for a dolly or any type of roller and she quickly states there were none. Did not bother to look anywhere else or in the back. Asked her if she could give me a hand with a 100 lb box that is less than 10ft away And she questions me "you want me to help??" Then states she can't. Also seen multiple employees going in and Asked her to ask another employee if she could and she states there are none. Goes on to asking me how did I get it in the truck if I can't bring it to her. Pathetic Customer Service by Lazy Staff. I have a delivery scheduled for Monday 8/16/2021 but tracking shows it's already at the destination facility as of Saturday 8/14/2021. So I called the customer service the same Saturday and I was told I could go to this FedEx ship center to pick up the package immediately. The representative told me to present my ID and tracking number and I should be fine. I got there and the staff (African American woman) who attended to me said I have your package but I won't give it to you because it's scheduled for delivery on Monday. She said FedEx is light on staff on Saturdays and they have to search the container to find my package. How is that my problem? If FedEx can't operate on Saturdays then they shouldn't open. The most insulting thing is there wasn't any other customer present at the time I was there. This is disrespectful. I have never received such a condescending response from any other shipping company before. I understand the package is scheduled for delivery on Monday but you already have it in store and I came to you. Just go inside and find it. It's laziness in my opinion and if that's their policy as a company on Saturdays then they need to change it. It's disrespectful. On two different occasions in the past, my FedEx tracking has shown there was nobody at home to receive package when they didn't even show up. I have ring doorbell in my house. From lying drivers to condescending staff, I hope I never use your service again. That's the shipping company the folks I bought the item from chose. I don't use FedEx for shipping. Right now a monument to FexEx failure is sitting in my living room. It was supposed to be a cabinet. But it's not a cabinet. It's an incomplete potential cabinet that would fit together if only FedEx would have delivered it with at least the pretense of giving a shit. But after a week of trying to decide whether or not they were actually going to attempt to deliver it, they put a pile of worthless garbage on my doorstep. Thanks FedEx. I had a package sent to a gun store the store is closed Monday and open on Thursday FedEx showed it was on the truck for delivery status said it would be delivered by end of business day Tuesday the store closes at 6pm but some how the stupid ass delivery driver found his way back to to the center by 506 pm I had UPS deliver another package at the same store today some how UPS had it together enough to delivery it today but FedEx couldn't these people suck use UPS or even the postal service read more
