They failed miserably. I will never use FEDEX again out of the disrespect they showed me and the lies they told. Not being dramatic. I ordered three pair of stunning reading glasses from Paris in mid April. The company shipped them so fast that I was supposed to receive them two days after ordering them. Amazing for standard delivery. Then, package was held up by US Customs. They needed a drop ball certificate. I had never heard of this in my life. Well, the lovely Parisian company sent this within a day to FedEx and they sent me a copy of it as well. I had received a call from FedEx Miramar saying they needed the drop ball certificate and as I said, it was sent quickly. FedEx employee gave me an email address to keep in contact. I emailed several times with no response. I even sent them the drop ball certificate just in case. I called FedEx one day and the agent says that my tracking would be updated in an hour. Package will be delivered tomorrow! That was 4/29. I have called several times since then. Was told many whopper stories. It is pathetic. It feels like I am dealing with a struggling company who is just starting out and doesn't know how to handle themselves. Talked to a supervisor who promised to escalate this. Tonight I received an email saying package is being sent back to shipper!!! They will never get a dime from me again. I know it doesn't matter to them, but it matters to me. I wish I could give negative stars. The staff at this facility from the manager allegedly called Scott (he refuse to talk to me) down to the people in the front area (none of them had name tags and refused to give me their names) are rude, impolite, and needless to say, they do not belong in any job that has to deal with public or customers. Also they have no idea of their own job as I found out later on. They made me go three times telling me that I was missing a specific label on the package I was supposed to send. This place is not close to my home but it had to be there since the package is considered a "dangerous good" because It has a battery. After 3 trips over there a lady who chose not to tell me her name literally screamed at me that they do not ship my product but offered no solution even though Fedex does have options for it. Considering that MY product was pictured on a poster in that office that showed the actually did send them I was convinced that she was wrong so I asked to talk to a manger, but she said he or she was busy and could no come help me. She did this by screaming at me. The product I'm sending is going back to the manufacturer which is a well renown brand that they send me the labels, the have an account with Fedex and that is how I received it. So she WAS wrong, the "MANAGER" WAS wrong and do not know the procedures that the company uses. So if you feel like you want to be screamed at by an inconsiderate worker that should not be anywhere near a customer then I strongly recommend you ship through here. Had a package I needed delivered by the Jan 19th from miramar to Baltimore. I was so anxious about delivery being on time I opted to not use my ship station and go in to an actual FedEx and NOT just some authorized dealer. I paid $120 for the package to be delivered next day by 10am. Instead it was delivered on Jan 20th at 1230pm. I was so livid about this ordeal I called customer service several times and after the many run around with their arbitrary automated system and unhelpful customer service. I was finally able to speak to a supervisor. On a recorded line, she said to me that she didn't understand why they even accepted my package at that FedEx location for Overnight, knowing fully well that there was a four 4 day backlog. She apologized profusely for this and said to me wait for the delivery and then contact them about a refund or a fee adjustment because of this inconvenience. I followed her instructions and once the package was delivered, I made several attempts online as well as calling customer service and going into the location where I had mailed the package to inquire about a fee adjustment at the very least. To my dismay FEDEX denied all request for refund or even a fee adjustment indicating that it was because of weather. I can 100% say that FEDEX is a scam because it's sickens me that you would allow a customer to pay such ridiculously high price knowing fully well that you were not capable of delivering your Promise and getting my package the next day. At this point I am going to request a charge back through my credit card company for the entire amount. £#€¥ FEDEX do not use them. They are THIEVING SCAMMERS read more

It's amazing how a billion dollar company can get so off track when one number on your address is incorrect. After the driver delivered my package to an address that doesn't exist the fedex rep said the package never left the facility. So I drive to the facility and of course it's not there. The rep there is insisting it was delivered. I tried to explain that was impossible- there is no such address. Called fedex corporate back. Of course now it's a whole different story. Why don't you do like UPS and insure the address is valid before giving to a driver? I'm sure my important documents will never be received. Way to go FEDEX read more

One thing UPS has that FedEx lacks is customer service. Ingrid was not accommodating at all in the Miramar location. I asked her if she can call the driver to let him know that it's ok to leave my package there if I'm not home. Her response "I have a line out the door, I can't be on hold forever." I called the main FedEx number and they said the driver's note said they couldn't get in the gate. Both times i have been to this location i have waited in line for more than 10 minutes just to pick up a package. I give a four star because the customer service and attention to detail is great, BUT, the wait time is not cool. Also both times i have been here jas been past 6pm where the rush of people to pick up items happens. The need of more employees up front at the registers at peak times is needed. read more

So to be honest customer service at this FedEx is ridiculous, very rude and not accommodating.

I wish I could leave no stars. The tracking for my package stated it had arrived at this location. When I arrived to get the package there were no employees at the counter and like 8 people waiting. One lady comes out after like 5 minutes muttering something out of her breath and starts shifting packages angrily around without acknowledging anyone. Then another lady comes out and when I give her my tracking number she tells me the package is unavailable. I show her on my phone and before she even looks like literally YELLS "it's showing unavailable! What do you want me to do, go back there and look for it?" I was so taken aback, I didn't even know what to tell her. I tried to ask her about my package and why it would say available in my email and she's like "yours and a hundred other people's!" again in a loud, sassy tone. Not only is this awful customer service, but it felt like because I look young and I'm female, she was taking her frustration out on me because she didn't talk to the other men there like that.
