I called multiple times yesterday. I placed the order with the understanding that UPS was to ship. Vendor's warehouse changed it to FedEx. Address is correct, store was open and busy. Lies from the drivers. Vendor has lost $700 sale. FedEx is useless. All they do is promise, they do NOT deliver.

These were dropped near the road. Sometimes they're left under the mailbox right at the roadside. My house is over the hill in back.

I've ordered a lot of deliveries and previously hadn't had many issues with FedEx -- just something minor every now and then. However, in the past couple months suddenly all deliveries are being dumped near the road where they can be stolen or damaged by weather. My driveway  is about a tenth of a mile long, and I could understand not delivering on a snowy day, but most days it's completely clear. The issue appears to be that FedEx can't be bothered to drive the last tenth of a mile and wants me to do that part of the job. Since I don't have time for missing "delivered" boxes and watching my phone or email like a hawk to run out and get a box before it's stolen, I'm simply discontinuing deliveries and will pick needed items up at a store when I'm out. I've let the vendors know that FedEx is why I stopped buying from them.

Walgreens off Preston

Was attempting to drop a Fed Ex package for business account. They don't accept these which is fine. What was not okay was the horribly rude and unprofessional attitudes of employees. Encountered two and both barely even spoke. No killing these two with kindness. Geez...if you hate the public that much find a new job!

I'm really grateful to this shop. They truly care about building a vibrant, well-equipped, and safe…read morebiking community in Louisville. I have long admired their owner Jackie Green for his important work making Louisville more bike friendly. I probably would not have gotten a bike if not for their involvement in the bike exchange program at the University of Louisville. The deal was that in return for forgoing a parking pass for two years, I'd get a $400 voucher to use at one of a handful of local bike shops, which included Bike Couriers. I chose them because they were closest to my house, I think. I'm sure the other bike shops that participate in the program are awesome too--I just haven't been. When I went to get my bike they made the process so easy. They quickly outfitted me with everything I needed, including a bike that fit my needs as a commuter, as well as a U-lock, helmet, and night lamp. They basically gave me the "city bike commuter" starter kit. Most if not all of these items were covered by the bike voucher. They also showed me how to fit a milk carton onto the back of my bike, which I would need since I'd be lugging heavy books back and forth to Louisville. They didn't pressure me into buying a bike or equipment I didn't need at all--didn't even suggest it. They were so courteous and made the process so simple. For someone easily overwhelmed by choices I really appreciated this. It's great to be able to leave it in the hands of someone who is knowledgeable and respects your specific needs. I've been back a few times to have my bike tuned up. I most recently came back because I hadn't ridden my bike in a few years and wanted to start commuting again, this time to work. I took my bike into the downtown location on Market St. for a tune up a month or so ago, which only cost a little over $40, and it has been riding great ever since. I'm pretty sure the older gentleman who helped me was the same person who helped me years ago when I first got my bike at their now-closed location off of Frankfort Ave. I also purchased a new u-lock, because my old one rusted from being out in the rain, for about as much as I was seeing online, if not less. The service and attention was again stellar. They really take care of you and your bike!

I was like "what the heck, dude, I just needed a hose." Do not recommend.
