They installed the washer and dryer with no issues. We did have a problem with the microwave but they were very good about getting it fixed. I have been in the store and everyone is very pleasant to work with. We were also doing a fundraiser and we stopped back to ask for a donation from them. They were more than forthcoming in helping with our benefit. Thank you for your good service.

Overall, my experience with Jeff was excellent! My only caveat is that I was definitely unimpressed with the two delivery guys for the fridge (the guy who delivered the stove was wonderful, though!). Not only were they not in any hurry to arrive, unload, etc, but they were constantly talking about their nagging girlfriends. I couldn't wait to get them out of the house!
