My carrier is horrible. December 11 2024 I had a package coming, it was too big to put in my mailbox. Instead of putting it in the locker, they put it in my front yard out in the open! It could have been stolen. I filed a complaint against the post office never got a response. read more

My daughter moved to Aberdeen a year ago for college. It's unbelievable how rude the ladies are in the post office. Not helpful at all they make you feel incompetent asking for your mail or getting a package. Looking at the reviews from 4 years ago seems like the same purple red hair lady still works there. Luckily as a parent I can use these rude people as a example to my kids as how not to act. What a shame Aberdeen is such a nice town. read more

I was having trouble opening my mailbox (turns out a box was blocking it from opening). I stopped at the post office and spoke with a supervisor. She ended up going to my box, getting my mail and hand delivering it to my house explaining what had happened. I really appreciated her friendliness and willingness to help out right away! read more

Rude rude lady with fake red hair at this post office. I do all I can to avoid her. She sees me in line and puts up the closed sign when I'm next in line. Happened 3 times BUT if a young male is in line she specifically will call him over all smiles and happiness!! I had put bar code on return address label and she says what you don't want this sent?!. I said yes then she says you should know better than to put a bar code on return address. Omg horribly embarrassing as she was loud and rude. I hate the service at this post office by this lady. So terribly unprofessional. I'll go over to QQP instead. read more

I have lived all over the country and I have NEVER had so much trouble with a mail carrier as I have since moving here. And it isn't just me. I have spoken to many neighbors and they don't get most of their mail either. I intend to file a formal complaint. He was too lazy to even walk our package from the truck to our mail box. Terrible service, asked for them to check if my package was in the back since yesterday the other lady told me my packages would be here today. I havent received anything, no out for delivery, no other updates other than it is in there facility. They wouldnt check the back and kept telling me to be patient and that it should be monday or tuesday. read more

Wow...rude people behind the counter at our post office. We had a blizzard on Saturday, so the mail wasn't delivered. I understand that. I get an email that its in Aberdeen and is available for pickup at our post office. So I go in and tell her I'm supposed to pick it up and she tells me it will be in mail today at my home. I tell her I already got the mail today and it wasn't there. She laughed and shook her head when I repeated that I received an email to pick it up there. Another woman then took charge and said she'd go to the back and check. She found out the mail would be delivered twice today so I said OK... thank you for checking. It did come in mail the second time. But to the woman that was rude, thanks for nothing. If they're going to deliver twice tho it would be good to get another email that it will be out for delivery again and I don't have to make a trip to our post office and get treated non priority. read more

My mama needed passport photos for her green card application and we were also in a hurry. Venassa with a beautiful smile on her face assisted us in the front counter and was very helpful and quickly got Lisa to help us. Lisa knew we were in a hurry so she wasted no time and prepared the photos for my mom and we were in and out quickly.
