This was one of the worst delivery experiences I've had, and it needs to be said clearly: FedEx falsely claimed a delivery attempt that never happened. This was a large item (a bed) being delivered to my daughter's new apartment. After multiple delays, the package was finally marked "out for delivery." We stayed home all day waiting. The item did not require a signature. At the end of the day, FedEx marked the package as "delivery attempted - business closed." This was being delivered to an apartment, clearly listed as a residential address. That claim makes no sense and is simply not true. There are cameras at the apartment, and no FedEx driver ever came to the property. No attempt was made. No note was left, despite their claim that one was. The "proof" photo they uploaded didn't even clearly show a door and certainly was not our location. To make matters worse, FedEx has successfully delivered other packages to this exact same address, leaving them on the porch without issue. There was nothing preventing this delivery except a failure to do the job. Because of this, my daughter went days without a bed in her new apartment, and I had to spend additional time making multiple phone calls just to get the package delivered. This was not a simple delay. This was inaccurate tracking, a false delivery claim, and a complete lack of accountability. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable. read more

As soon as your package lands in Henderson expect the worst. Delays, lost packages, drivers that don't even speak English. I was even told to go drive 40 minutes to the hub to get my package myself by fed ex customer service. Unfortunately there's no way around it stopping in Henderson. We have signs posted on each side of our garage in the alley to not deliver packages there to deliver at front door and FedEx is the only delivery company that flat out refuses to deliver to our front door! Gibron was our last driver and my husband was working in the garage when Gibron stopped and placed the package right under the do not deliver here sign. I husband asked if Gibron could read and he told my husband yes but that they ignore signs and do not look at the delivery instructions! Seriously! I discovered what I believe is a FedEx scam. I was scheduled for a home delivery, and they failed to deliver 3-times, claiming each time that no one was home. They simply lied. Not one attempt was made according to my Ring Doorbell and the guard shack in our gated community will confirm. I suspect when drivers get toward the end of their day, feeling a bit lazy, they claim they are attempting to deliver when really they don't even bother, then return it to the warehouse. Out of frustration, I followed a FedEx truck that came to my neighborhood but did not enter the gate. The driver sat across the street for nearly an hour, shortly thereafter, I got a notice of another failed attempt to deliver to my address. Shameful! 20 years ago FedEx was It. Fast forward 20 years and you need to add sh to "it. Last month I sent a hearing aid from central Florida to Colorado. Fed ex said it would not delivered the next day, but the following day and charged me $79 to send my half ounce package. IT Actually took 4 days to get there! I was not happy for paying that much and not getting the speedy service that they once had. I wanted my money back and, of course, I call FedEx Ex and they say that I have to go to store where I sent them from to get my money back. You gessed it,, I went to the store and they told me that I had to call customer service, and around we go! One shipment looks like it was processed through this distribution site and resent back to the originator. Additonally, another shipment says it was out for delivery a week ago but no one knows where it is. This FedEx branch must hire the most incompetent drivers, or there is a scam going on like I have read in other reviews. The problem is that NOBODY CARES and there is NOTHING YOU CAN DO to get them to change or improve their service. They just don't care about anything other than making money and checking off that they supposedly delivered a package when in reality, many of the drivers are just lazy and don't want to take the time to ensure your package gets to the right place. I ordered 3 packages from the same clothing company that uses FedEx as their shipper. Package #1 made it successfully to my front door/porch - score. Package #2, however, was dropped in the alley behind my house in the rocks and dirt - luckily it had not been stolen. Eventually I located it as I opened my garage to leave for work. Package #3 was marked as delivered but was nowhere on my property. I attempted to call FedEx customer service and all I got was the runaround with no way to reach an agent to tell them NO, THE PACKAGE IS NOT HERE! I DON'T CARE IF IT SAYS DELIVERED!! My daughter was nice enough to walk around the neighborhood to see if she could see packages on porches. She checked on one porch and discovered my packages were left at an entirely different house down the block! Can they read numbers? Do they know how to read a map? Or are they just incompetent or are they running a scam just to check the box saying they delivered to get their check and who gives a damn about your packages? FedEx - 1 out of 3 successful deliveries = 33%, which according to my math is an F. I have let the clothing company know that unfortunately, because they use FedEx as their shipper, I can no longer order from them because it is not worth the hassle to deal with lost items due to incompetent or thieving drivers. Oh, and by the way, this doesn't even include the package they lost 2 years ago that, to this day, has never been located and was worth over $115. At first, FedEx said my claim would not be honored and there was nothing they could do. After digging around in the maze that is the FedEx customer service department and threatening legal action, we eventually got someone to honor our claim and we received a check for the lost box. But again, the box has disappeared into the ether to this day. Do better, FedEx. Even the USPS is more reliable than you at this point. read more

I sat at home all day because the tracking number said the package was coming early and the system would bit let me sign digitally because it is having a server error. Then I just checked and now there is no delivery date. I called and the system kept saying they won't connect me to an agent. I called back one last time and said I wad returning a call. Spoke to an agent and they have no clue where my package is and they can't help me with the errors on their website or give me a number to anyone that actually knows anything. They sid I could leave a note and the driver might need it. I always have problems with FedEx. They are a horrible company. This location keeps shipping my item 600 miles away to Olathe ks instead of shipping it to Colorado springs. This has happened multiple times and fedex customer service refuses to help me. They told me that it's normal to ship a package 600 miles away and ship it back 600 miles multiple times... delaying it by weeks instead of shipping it 60 miles to its destination. Both with the same story that they tried to deliver (they did not-we were home all day), then they couldn't read the shipping label, then it's just gone. This is the 2nd time with in a month that FedEX didn't deliver a package. 1st time was in Dec, ground package, excuses is all I got. The delivery driver said she couldn't get access to the building or that I wasn't home. I work from home, and the apt buzzer goes to my phone. I got the package the next day and somehow, she could use the buzzer then! Driver was a girl w/an attitude. Now in Jan, it's an OVERNIGHT package to be delivered on Tuesday, 1/7. This has to be refrigerated. Said it sat in Memphis for 4 days due to weather. Mon, Tues, and Wed there was no "weather" issue, it was in the 40's there. Finally, it was supposed to be delivered Friday (yesterday) Same thing, The delivery driver said she/he couldn't get access to the building or that I wasn't home. I purchased some ammo, when it gets to Henderson Colorado, it gets sent to Montana instead of 60 miles south to Colorado Springs. It comes back to Henderson, CO then lost in transit. Very suspicious to me, sounds like they have some thieves that work in their warehouse. Had to report this to the ATF and the manager I called didn't seem to care even remotely. Edit: it's now Thursday (6/14), and I've only received one of my two packages. The second package was out for delivery (again) today, but I just got an email it's now scheduled for tomorrow. That's a full week since the original scheduled delivery. I had two packages that should've been here on Friday (6/8) and Saturday. It is now Tuesday, and neither one is here yet. I was told through customer service on Twitter that one package never made it on a truck, and the other made it on the wrong truck.
